I always took my car to Lozano's Car Wash in Mountain View, California when I lived on the SF Peninsula. On this occasion, I took my 1985 Ford Thunderbird in for a cleaning.
This location is now permanently closed.

This is what Lozano’s Car Wash used to look like, interesting. Also those dryers are gorgeous.

@MintyFreshTurds Thanks! It was a 1985, silver over metallic gray, with a full digital dashboard. I bought it used at the Ford dealer in Fremont, California. I used to spend hours every weekend fully detailing it inside and out. I was a real joy keeping it looking showroom quality. I traded it in a few years later when I bought a brand new Nissan 300ZX.

Now is that mysterious Belanger mitter at the start called a Double Cross unit because of the sign at the beginning. If so that’s very interesting.
