Iv learned from Hannibal videos how to do somethings i never thought i could do an actually making some videos of my own these guys are inspirational!!
ive been watching you guys for a long time and i hope i get this good one day ive been working really hard since i was 16 and have gotten pretty good on the bar. I rarely ever touch weights and have people ask me how i got in shape so fast.. free body is the way to go god gave you a body to work with so use it for resistance instead of weights. keep it up guys enjoy watching your new workouts
Very impressive IDEA u got there , I think u are both winners just because of doing it i bet this DVD will be awesome - compare 2 differents style will be very edicational and good for watching . Good luck and stay strong -_-
hi kingz! I am inspired by your videos to become a bar athlete. question: if you don't use weights, how do you train your shoulders and traps? how about quads, hamstrings and calves? thanks!
Between the two...I think Hannibal is more defined, but Hit is definitely bigger. I haven't seen what Hannibal can do in terms of handstand exercises, but Hit makes them look freakishly easy. I was reading that Hannibal is about 5'9" and Hit looks a little taller, so maybe he's 5'10"? Hit also has better posture. And I was reading that Hannibal doesn't follow a strict diet, but Hit does and he eats multiple small meals a day. Regardless, both a really impressive!
@calisthenicskingz hey can you teach us this jungle workout? can you make tutorial videos not on how to do them only but how many reps or setts and how to teach us to do the fitness too.. not only how to do the pullups but how to workout like you guys do... tha would be so awesome
do u have to max pout omn every exercises ?. and how many reps, sets exercises you do, and how often , look really good fun . just need some direction , thanks
@calisthenicskingz How do you get so big doing these exercises? Like I understand they are extremely hard but skinny guys can do this stuff to right? So what makes one bigger when progressing and what keeps one skinny thanks
@calisthenics kingz, I notice in one of your workouts you was using the ultimate body press dips, is it sturdy I'm asking because I'm 6'3 and I am considering on buying it, so I want your personal review on it
On the bar Hannibal is the King, but man the form and the power that Hit has on those handstand push-ups is out of this world. For me a super great Dvd would be one with: Hannibal, Hit and Beast...pfff what a show would it be..
beast i cant do none of that shit but i started doing reg pullups with a strict form pulling my chest to the bar i can only 5 and get mad when i see other ppl in the gym going ham hannibal is my inspiration tho ima keep going and doing my 5 like its no tomorrow lol
What are these places they are working out at called? I know they are at parks but are there certain names for these kinds of parks, cause i cant find any places like this near where i live.
@coreyologist I saw hannibal say yesterday that he can do a handstand but it's uncomfortable to him (I think he means its uncomfortable cause all the blood goes to your head when your upsidedown, but im not sure if he meant that)
Both these men are in a very high level.there is not some exercise that only the one of them can do on the bar.i would like to see Hannibal doing the diamonds push-ups.Sorry for my english.
I think hit has the edge because his ability to do many variations of the hand stand Hannibal is great at what he does but I want to see him do a hand stand push up
