TV-Jones & Filtertron PU's klingen einfach geil.
Oh man those chords in the first song were killer!! They were ringing out and grinding sublime! Open chord playing is a lost art I think, not everyone can get them to be ring out to the way you can. Not to brag but I can too. Maybe its a maturity thing,Im gettin older by the minute, i find its the young guys that tend to not get the full value out of their open chords. Love your playing Mr. Bibl!
When I listen to early ACDC, like "High Voltage" to me it sounds like he was using the weak pickups. I think he switched later on for "Highway to hell" to the TV Jones, but I guess you really have to use a Super Bass to get an authentic Malcom sound.
i think george harrison played something similar .i put a gretsch filtertron in an epiphone sheraton once and i didnt like it at all , too trebley .maybe a bad combination. i think brian setzer uses tv jones too .your pickup sounds good.
