Cool you have a degree in philosophy, I only went for accounting (but stopped after two years of the BS degree, since the college I was going to felt more like a scam with some of the textbooks being coffee table books, like the intro to astronomy one which cost $2,000 in loan sharking debt basically). I've not been super into philosophy, though for a little while theology was an Asperger's fixation and I read a few of the books I inherited from my mom, like Foundations of Pentecostal Theology and another more general textbook Systematic Theology by Grudem which has an interesting version of compatibilism combining both free will & determinism by God's perspective of the timeline essentially. Not super into modern era movies as much, but the notion of a philosophical hitman is like the archetype of the warrior-poet, like Dargo in Farscape but more intellectual. I'm still only hoping to see Alien Romulus in the theater myself, but I might watch this when it's on Tubi. It would be cool if you do a review of the latest xenomorph movie, stuff with humans fighting alien bugs or humans in spaaaaaaaaace generally is always a cool concept IMO.

@@PsiCorps85 Oh, that for sure sounds scammy! Accounting is super useful! Too bad it didn't work out. I love philosophy, even with all the major side eyes I received because of it 😆! Your time has come for Alien! Let me know how you like it!! Most space movies scare me, so I miss most of them, unfortunately 😕.

Yeah definitely a movie to put on in the background. I can’t say I’m that interested but, maybe if I get bored

@@RavensOsFan89 I've been thinking about “scoring” the movies, etc., that I review. I would for sure need a “Last Resort” category for this one.

I'm mean there are different types of romance comedies, it's don't have to be one subgenre, plus, I mean here the thing is this: I'm think the reason why Madison wanna to leave her husband because to be fair, she was ab*se, so having money don't mean nothing if you gone through d0mestic vi0lence or whatnot. Now, I'm not condone what Madison did but I kinda understand why. Not only that, the other reason why Gary felt sorry for her because he wants to help her and lowkey he catching feelings towards her as well. Listen, the actress who played Madison, she fine as well, she kinda lowkey bad af. Shoot, I'm probably risk my life to be with her, lol. 😅😏💋 Lastly: I'm want Ron, he my type of hitman. 😏😍😎

💯 on the different types of rom-coms. I'm still rolling my eyes at this particular one, but I get it. Also, I had to check myself on the part where I was like; she needs to sip her drink at the pool cuz you're right. There are many forms of abuse. My homie Akilah Batyah has a video on it, and I was like, hum, I was tripping, but I don't know how to go in, and change that part of my video now that it's up 🤷🏾‍♀. At the moment, I was just thinking, well, she didn't say he hit her, but like you said, that doesn't matter. I'm still giving her a side eye, though. If she had enough sense to divorce him after the fact, she could have done that before trying to hire a hitman. LOL, and she was putting it on him! Who don't love Ron 😆!

Also, sorry to comment again, even though, the film is a romantic comedy/action type of film ( the movie follows the romance between a fake hitman and a potential client, but deceit complicates their relationship), however, it's more a existential thriller (meaning is the film explores identity and subverts expectations). Plus, it's belongs to a bundle of genres: noir, screwball comedy, thriller section. Also, to be fair, Jasper ain't no saint either because he shouldn't just leave Gary & Madison alone, but noooo he want the half of insurance what Madison's estranged husband left for her, and look I'm not condone what Madison & Gary did but I understand why cause Jasper was a a**h0le towards Gary so to be honest I can't get mad at him nor Madison what they did. But hey at the end of the movie, at least he found someone who match his freak (*in my Tinashe vc*) and got married with kids now. Lol 😅😏

@@koragray4794 LOL, Stop it! It wouldn't be "like chatting with a friend" if you couldn't comment again! I still don't see it for Madison, but Jasper... I can't feel bad for him 🤷🏾‍♀️.
