Whiff punishing is one of the coolest but most difficult techniques to pull of in fighting games consistently especially if ur the average player that comes back after 1 month or 2
That JP combo back dashing then back in would have blown up a venue back in the day if done at a tournament, same with Rashid. Reminds me of Daigo clipping Art full screen in SF4 with ShortxxSuper back in the day. Lily can do some fun stuff if you have charges. Nothing fancy, but you can juggle near full screen.
Dhalsim: *Extends limbs to unholy lengths in an attempt to strike the opponent from afar* The entire cast of SF6: "Sir, it is impolite to poke like that. I'm afraid I must end your trial period of Life by force"
I want everyone watching this to know that Marisa's level 2 is the only thing she does for hers because... that's all she can really do at that distance.
Realistically, and I may be speaking out of class here, is that any VS. Dhalsim match should have at least some basis in poke checks/punishment since many of the Dhalsim players I've faced off against in the past will try to abuse that lengthening of attack range. If you can fake being just close enough, a dash out and quick projectile counter tends to neutralize that sort of shenanigans while allowing either a second projectile, or if quick enough, a dash in for up close and personal damage.
Always makes me laugh how much meter Desk has to burn just to chip off the last bit of health. The combo damage scaling in 6 is aggressive to the point of being a joke.
