HERO OF SANTA FORTUNA Challenge:
This challenge consists of 8 story missions that must be done during ONE playthrough. You can save and reload the game at any point. I advise to start of with a lockpick and coins at the default starting location. Easiest difficulty. Map knowledge is very helpful. Also completing each story mission (on separate playthroughs) is helpful too, to get familiar with the objectives. Submarine story must be completed LAST, because it's the only story which ends up killing a target!
1. Fix the toy van. You need to knock the guy out to obtain the glue, which is used to fix the toy.
2. Reunite the band members to complete the ceremony. Find and wake up three band members and disguise yourself as the fourth one, the drummer. Get on the stage, complete the ceremony and leave once other band members start to leave.
3. Get shaman's outfit, find Andrea Martinez and cleanse the construction site.
4. Get tattoo artist's outfit, enter the mansion and finish Rico Delgado's tattoo. Do not skip it. Make sure the activity ends on its own or it won't complete the story.
5. Find Hector's letter. In the basement, that one limping guard carries it, so you have to knock him out and take the letter. Hand the letter to Hector, who will be in his office upstairs.
6. Make the hippo feel better. Sneak past to hippo's place and throw a meat bone, which can be found at few locations
7. Fix the cocaine machine. There is a circuit board in the box on a fallen plane, behind shaman's shack. Pick it up and install it in the machine.
8. Fix the submarine. Get the mechanic's outfit, meet with the bar owner to obtain the basement key, go through the secret and 'fix' the submarine with a screwdriver. Speak to the guard once you're done and present the machine's upgraded features to Rico, that will get him killed and turn all guards hostile towards you, so make sure you have a gun to fight them off.
ELDERLY ASSISTANCE Challenge:
This one is a lot simpler and quicker. You have to disguise yourself as a gardener and fill all 6 mole holes with any object (like muffins), make a tea, place a muffin on the tray, play gramophone, replace pack of cigarettes, get rid of the specific guard to make Janus visit his friend next door and make the doctor come visit Janus for a check up. Once Janus visits and leaves his friend's house, he will walk happily without any back pain.

Err actually I think that entire board references notable European Streamers/RU-vid personalities that cover Hitman a lot or got invited to play the Hitman: In Real Life segment IO-Interactive did where the players basically became Diana and guided 47 in a closed set. It was really cool! Like Dave Bateson even voiced over 47 in it, too :)

Mike also has "explosive d" (he blows stuff up a lot), Andy is undiagnosable (he goes for a stealth approach), and Jane has dehydration (possibly a reference to screwdrivers with both the alcoholic drink [likely to cause dehydration] and that water coolers can be punctured with a screwdriver in the game; screwdrivers are her favorite weapon)

1:41 The diagnosis also reflect the person's playstyle in the previous Hitman game. Andy Farrant from OutsideXbox always uses a stealth approach to eliminate the targets, hense the "could not diagnose". Mike Channell from the same channel always uses explosives to eliminate the targets hense the "burns/explosives" diagnosis.

It’s rather strange that you haven’t talked about the secret messsge that plays on the Miami map once you killed every NPC besides the background NPCs. The Easter egg is a reference to Bigmooney, he’s pretty famous for his kill everyone challenges, he even showed the Easter egg himself. It’s pretty clear that Bigmooney affectively made an impact with the developers of Hitman because they’ve made several other references to him An escalating dedicated to him Knights spawn in as a final boss if somebody were to kill all the NPCs on the map etc

After reading a good portion of the comments and seeing no mention of it, there is another Easter egg you missed. As you explore the Isle of Sgail, you'll eventually run into Amos Dexter, the Texan cowboy patient from SItus Invertus in HITMAN.

J. Doug also refers to Outside Xbox, Jane Douglas. And their injuries/illnesses reflect their playstyles. Jane's is dehydration because she uses emetic poison often in her playthroughs, Andy can't be diagnosed because he is too sneaky, and Mike has burns from an explosion because he tends to use explosions to eliminate targets.

In New York, you can find an IT Department on the bottom floor. This is 100% a reference to the British sitcom The IT Crowd. One of the challenges, for getting the IT Department to come upstairs is called "Have you tried turning it off and on again?," Which is a reference to a running joke in the show.

There is another easter egg in Isle of Sgail mission, which I don't know you found out that yet or not. In the area where you would find the dagger for Janus funeral, head to the second floor which next to the security room. On that floor, go behind the column on the right when facing the security room, in a small gap you will see a painting of someone (I guess it was 47, but I'm not sure) where the face was erased, and on that erased spot there is a doddle of a face. I think it's a reference to the movie Bean goes to America, where he accidentally blanked out the face of a painting, and doodle another face on there.

Just Imagine how many Easter Eggs are undiscovered in this game. I realized in Sapienza (HitMan 2016) that if you murder every person in the church, without being caught, the field lady threatens to Pull your assignment. Owned that Game since day 1 and JUST discovered that.

I like the how Diana’s lines for the Stig exit all refer to ways 47 has killed his targets in Hitman. “Perfect shave” refers to him killing the Maelstrom as the Barber in Mumbai; “High tech facility” is the hospital in Hokkaido. “Fireworks” refers to the Landslide mission in Sapienza where you kill the target with the fireworks as the Photographer.; “Vampire” refers to the Vampire disguise in the attic in Paris; “Infiltration” is obviously a reference to the whole game.

Not sure if it’s an Easter egg or just coincidence but the sniper assassin mission called “the last yardbird” has a challenge called “smokestack lightning”. There was a band in the 60s called the yardbirds who had a song called smokestack lightning🤷‍♂️

Sheik Zanzibar wasn't in The Showstopper. The guy's name was Sheik Al-Ghazali. The real reference there is Hector Delgado, brother of Rico Delgado and NPC appearing in Three-Headed Serpent.

Actually the Happy Janus can happen to someone else in the Miami mission, if you remember the Flamingo guy asking you for help to get the key. Get rid of the medic and throw something that distract the man and the man will walk happily returning to his position and hell get stuck there.

In the mission "The Ark Society", if you go right after entering the bar area, you can find a woman and a man next to a gas lamp having a conversation refrensing the mission "A Dance with the Devil" in Blood Money where you can dump bodies into a shar tank.

Some more stuff I found at Hawke's bay! I też siema z Polski przy okazji... - The paintings in the bedroom are the work of Zdzisław Beksiński. I keep talking about this, because he's my favourite painter of the XXth century :D - stepping on the weighing scale in the bathroom will result in it always showing 47.0 At Miami: - At the parking area's security room, there's a duck made out of sticky notes. Also one or more of them reads "Allan please add more details" or something similar - the Atlantide space program Challenge. Just that. Finish it and you're getting a nice reward :D

If you ever want to do the rake knockout and manhole elimination challenges, do the "Elderly Assistance" one first, take out all the NPCs outside Helen's house, open the manhole, put the rake by the porch's stairs, then wait for Janus to walk out happily and he'll knock himself out. Then just drag him into the manhole. Two birds with one stone.

There's a person you forgot in the Outside Xbox reference... J. Doug refers to Jane Douglas of Outside Xbox as well. Also, the injuries that are listed for them align with their play styles in their "3 Ways To Play Hitman" videos. Andy Farrant's is "could not diagnose" (because he's so stealthy), Jane Douglas' is "dehydration" (because she's so salty), and Mike Channel's is "burns/explosive d" (for explosive duck because...well, I think that's obvious.)
