Okay i like this new map.... But what type of a madman decided that the sniper unlock is at lvl 20?! Like.... This sniper missions are fun to do... But not exactly to farm them

Then again, the new sniper rifle is really good basically competing with the Sieger 300 Ghost so I'm sure the people at IO thought it deserved a harder challenge behind it.

Whenever I kill the last guy, it’s not counting as a hidden kill so I keep failing the challenge. Not sure what I’m doing wrong but it’s frustrating as hell.

Too anyone struggling to hide the final guard, you can shoot the lock on the door to the guard tower to let the riot in and set the building on fire. While this will likely kill the civilian guard, it’s a guaranteed way to get the hidden tiger challenge done

If you shoot the junction box outside like MrFreeze the civilian guard will go outside the tower so you can do it SA if you want.

There was a communication box tower on the very left of the map which could distract the non-target guard to isolate himself from the target patrolling the outskirts of the prison. That way you can shoot him into the snow pile without much pressure.

At 6:00 if you wait until they go to the far right side of the building to the top right, you can shoot between them with the shock wave ammo and kill them both at the same time

It never seems to count the guy in the blackout building as hidden for me. Is there a trigger I'm missing? I shoot the fusebox start the riot cap him in the head and end up with 14/15 hidden bodies. I've done it five times now.

Someone else mentioned the same thing. My advice is to start a fire in another building to get him out of there and snipe him somewhere else. It seems like it works sometimes and others it doesn't

I think that guard in the building won't leave anymore even if you shot that panel.

For anyone watching in 2024... im not sure id the timing is different in hitman 3 or if im just doing things slightly out of pace, but after shooting the electric box you really have to wait before starting the sequence to kill the last three gaurds. As soon as the riot starts the civilian gaurd sprints back to the control room and if you dont let him walk down far enough before starting the riot he WILL see the last body. Cheers freeze

I find these snipers maps quite tricky. Especially hitting moving targets what with the delay of firing and the bullet hitting. I think I would find it a lot easier with a mouse. I playing in xbox with controller. Fun missions though, Its a nice add on to the main game. Good if you want a quick game. More practice required if I am to reach lvl 20 to unlock the sniper rifle on this map me thinks.

So how do I get that last guy marked as hidden? I had him all alone up there but the challenge wasn't marked as complete. I even shot the panel, unless the building needs to be ablaze, which I don't know how to do or wasn't paying close attention.

The last guy doesn’t count for me as hidden for some reason. The one in the building with non-target.

Set the building on fire instead. Shoot the door at the bottom to let the prisoners in

Last sequence didn't work for me. Penultimate guard started to run and the last one - well, the game didn't count him as hidden

dave1812 There is a gate to the left of the main building you have to shoot and you just start the wire and shoot all the panels so that the rioters get up to it

There a door you can shoot too it's red in the middle also you need to open the main gate too

Sniper elite is a great game but personally I would like to see IOI make a full on sniper game with the same mechanics as Hitman, would be awesome. Either that or just send 47 back to nazi germany with a mission to kill Hitler and his cronies.

Prisons dont change because you change the names, in some eras names like "gulag" and "concentration camp" are popular and in other eras they are not so you just come up with new names to fix the problem but they are the same thing.

rethla I was more just trying to make myself look like a historian when really I’ve not even gotten to the stage of learning about Soviet power yet. Although, I still know a lot about history itself, especially Feudal Japanese history and Nazi Germany + Hitler’s rise to power.

This mission aggravated me so much. The silent assassin rating was fucking broken. Even though I easily played the 100 times NPCs would find a body 75% of the time. Despite the fact that I did the exact same thing each time.

I'll leave a like for you, but I hate these sniper maps. Even with your guide I'm ten tries in, mess up with 3 kills to go, and rage quit. I won't be getting the sniper rifle.
