Nah, it was an accident from start to finish. 47 accidentally found the gunpowder and cannonball, accidentally loaded it, and accidentally fired it *exactly* when the jetski was in front of it. Just a series of unfortunate coincidences, really. 😏

People so rarely listen to the conversations in this game, but you may be right. On the Isle of Sgail one of the opportunities has yo take an initiate's outfit. He is collecting the commemorative coins and a friend offers him one if, after he becomes a full member, he puts him on the list for the Titan Ark. The Ark society plans to preserve their elite members, in case of a world ending apocalypse, by starting a colony on Titan. So space mission is an actual possibility. They, after all, have a history of including those kind of foreshadowing moments in mission conversations. The season one final training mission in Cuba has characters discussing Janus. Another season one mission has a conversation about Kronstadt Industry's soldier bot. And Colorado has people talking about Vanya Shah, and the Maelstrom. That Titan thing is too juicy not to pay off in Hitman 3, either on Titan, or eliminating someone at the facility launching the Ark ship, either of which would allow an astronaut outfit as part of the disguise repertoire.

That, or the Patient Zero in Hokkaido. It may have been season one, but killing virtually everyone in a level whilst wearing a bio containment suit sounds remarkably Jane to me.

I highly doubt that. It's not like he is part of a D&D campaign where a character constantly reminds everyone and themselves what a cool pirate they are. I think he's largely indifferent (or Impartial, since that's part of his middle name). I think he has a large affinity with red guards though.
