Hitman 3's newest mission "Shadows in the water" was beaten by speedrunners within a day.
Frote7 discovered the easy snipe opportunity for "Akka" and the fact that Nole Crest can pick up items made a silent assassin suit only run an easy speedrun. As for the snipe, it's consistent and reliable if done from where I did it.

Tbh, I expected that Nolan Cassidy would have guard mechanics. But no, apparently the lead bodyguard of the Constant doesn't hold a gun himself.

How did the emp kill noel and how did akka not get found? Amazing run by the way I can't see anyone beating that

Noel interestingly enough has a guard AI so he tries to pick it up. As for the snipe, akka is isolated there for a moment and no guard ever walks there

Three bullets mean guards will become blind to you for a moment if you shoot from far enough away
