@@MrZaranthan thank you. Also, one of my favourite moments is when Athenas receptionist answers the phone. Because he turns his head to the phone, a blind spot is open for just enough time to walk past him completely unnoticed
i think it would be even better, if he would see it a bit further when going down the stairs. it kinda cringe just ignoring accident in front and almost stepping over the body :D amazing timings, anyway
The community could use more runs like these. I have huge respect for the speedrunners, but watching this FEELS like Hitman. At time of writing, you have 255 subscribers and it should be a thousand times that number.
9:56 I love that the guards weren’t phased at all by the giant piece of glass and metal that damn near killed them but they were phased by Athena falling
This is the most badass Hitman contract I have ever witnessed. This is how I imagine it would look to see the real Agent 47 work. Swift, efficient, precise, and absolutely ruthless. Cold and calculated like a surgeon’s scalpel. Whenever I play Agent 47, my natural instinct is to run, but now that I have seen this, I want to try and replay some of the missions without running to replicate this! Great job, man! 😅👍
I agree that it makes for a genius and fun challenge but Agent 47 always acts how its suitable for the situation. In a bank he would never run because no matter who or why you are there, nobody does that. On the other side when hes slitting throats in the Columbian Jungle movement can be way quicker. Also, but thats just my perspective because the games always used and loved cinematic kills, Agent 47 always had a nag for theatrics.
Man, I love it! I feel like I've just watched a short movie about the agent 47 himself! I'd love to see more of that format in other scenic levels, like Hokkaido which is my personal favorite. Anyway, you've got my sub!
Thank you! Took me a long time to get the timing right for this run! So it means a lot. I will try to work on more cinematic runs. Right now I'm working on breaking the world record for a specific run. Will upload once I get it :)
@@alexpirvuloiu742 Unfortunately not no. I don't have them and I only play on console right now (Not even sure if they're available on PSN). I'll be doing more of these cinematic runs though :). people really enjoy them. I've actually finished one earlier today. i'll upload it tomorrow.
This is SUCH a good run, god damn. While I enjoy speedruns and weird playthroughs that exploit the mechanics, this kind of stuff that is "realistic" and down to precise timing and waiting for AI paths, fantastic stuff. That little last wait so you're walking down the corridor as Athena falls down was just *chef's kiss*. Absolutely wonderful work!
Love it. In a world where most people tend to only care about speedrunning, this was a real treat. It suits 47 way better to do a calm and sneaky play like this, as that is all he is about. Secrecy and stealth. I enjoy the mechanics and feel of the game way more by watching this, and is all in all why I personally only play the game casually.
Now this is the greatest Hitman gameplay I've been looking for. No running, just casually walking like what 47 will do, and the timing is perfect too. Looking forward for more gameplay like this
This was one of the most satisfying things I've ever seen. Everything was perfect but then she falls right in front of you and it became a masterpiece! Absolute genius.
That was some slick veeeeery realistic gameplay. The no-runnning, realistic movement, logical decisions, and no bumping into any object (wall or table) by accident was off the charts. I have been searching for someone that plays games like this for years on RU-vid. Where the gamer plays the game like a movie. I always play games like this but i'll finish the game twice first just playing normally so I know what to do in the mission and then i'll play it "cinematically" like this as you put it nicely. When I try and tell people that I like to play the game like this, it's very difficult to explain to them and they never understand lol. Man, you're my favorite walkthrough gamer on RU-vid by far and I could binge you play games all day. I'm currently trying to build myself up to playthrough GTA V like this but I just need time to do it. Playing that whole game without crashing my car or getting hit from bullets. The only thing I don't do is sit and wait at traffic lights but I just try to drive as smooth as I can instead lol. Subscribing to you for sure.
I mean when you only walk and you didn’t kill anyone and she falls when you came down. If I didint know it’s RU-vid and someone showed me this I would think this film . You have my respect
The only RU-vid ER who does thinks at his pace otherwise the others don't even try playing as 47 and just go call of duty guns blazing jack shit. Ugh. Well done man the best walkthrough ever I felt like I really was watching the real agent 47 at work. ❤️
Duuude you killed it with this run! Just like other comments mentioned it before, for me this is what Hitman should be all about! I have nothing but pure respect for those speed running the game, but this does feel much more elegant and appealing to watch, good job! U earned a sub!
The way you timed it so that she fell out just as you walked beneath the window and used the guards shock to get through undetected was absolutely incredible! I was so confused that you were walking toward 2 guards that could blow your cover then when it happened my jaw dropped
@@imthegreatest12345 This is plagiarism. He wears the same suit as you, completes the mission on the same route, and is said to be a hero and receives donations from fans.
HITMAN is like that moment in the heist movie when the crew gathers around and go over the plan (complete with cutaways). Except during the actual run they always miscalculate and something goes wrong, or they get recognized... Where as with Agent 47 -- it goes down exactly as planned, flawlessly.
This is how all my runs play out in my head, right before I got spotted and I shoot everyone in frustration lol. It's a dream come true to see someone play this game for cinematic appeal instead of speed or efficiency!
I’d rather watch 1000 of these than a single speedrun. It feels like finding the perfect whisky. You, sir, have earned a sub and I shall share your channel link
Thank you so much! Being a whisky lover, i'm honoured to have one of my runs compared to fine whisky! Although this is likely going to be one of the best, if not the best of my cinematic runs, it isn't the last. I'm going to be working on more. I'm considering doing the whole game, mission by mission (Like a movie.) Or just doing individual levels (The ones that would be the most interesting to watch)
@@imthegreatest12345 why'd you say that this would be the best? I don't think you need to restrict cinematic runs to suit only. After all disguises are a massive part of the hitman experience maybe you can just retrieve the suit before exiting like blood money
@@ronroyce6 yeah I've also considered this. But doing it suit only just adds an extra challenge which people enjoy too. But yes. Retrieving the suit at the end would be an awesome thing for a run too
Timing was perfect. Reminded me of the scenes with Cris Johnson in the movie “Next” with Nicholas Cage. I was also getting “Now you see me” movie vibe.
Very realistic. Must have been boring watching 47 walk everywhere though Edit: Maybe do a run on any map where yoy only do 47's slow walk, the one you usually use when following someone
I’d like to think this is how agent 47 would actually be, he’d study the blue prints so he’d know and memorize where all the camera are, where all the vents lead to how many guards and where they are stationed and he’d just walk around doing his thing but with purpose. Sometimes he’d improves though when the situation require it.
