Jesper Kyd said in an interview a few years ago that this is his favourite tune, because it merges classical and electronic elements quite well. Now that's true.
@@rnayabed well this is my main account and just enabled notifications. This is still a great track. I'm just sad Jesper scored the second game only from the Darksiders series.
Admit it... The first time you broke out of the mental institution and read the details of your mission in Hong Kong while listening to this, you felt completely bad ass.
Hahaha. You're reading my mind. Kinda amateur game from a small studio but that moment was iconic. They somehow created a unique atmosphere even they cant replicate today. I miss that
Isn't It great to see so many people from all around the world feels the same nostalgia and partly emotional feeling with same thing. I used to play this game on my aunt's pc cause mine couldn't even start it. Still gives goosebumps and it's amazing to see you guys feel the same way.
@@coworld1914 I’ve never completed blood money since I’m a more causal player, and while I did like absolution,I was more basing that on what the fan and critic response was
@@electricfishfan7159 I'm thinking about re - starting from the first one then skipping to the new series.. Gotta get my spouse hooked to the story.. 😉
+rkdhiman318 yea!! it's great. I have very good memories, i remember that i can't kill Lee Hong. :D I was played this hitman somewere around 2004 or 2005 when i had about 4 years
i always put this song on when im off to work on train stations where alot of sheep people follow the lines like a robot, looking for a suspicios target XD
Love this track. 10 years have passed and it`s still in all of my players. I`ve borrowed the game from my friend and completely forgot about physics exam next week. It was pure luck that I`ve passed it (=
When the first 47 came out i was like huh, what is that. But only a few minutes needed and i was totally away. Played the game, no idea, milion times over and over again. Then the second one, same story... third - again... i really would like to see a new 47
The last Hitman game I played was Absolution and that was 7 years ago and I think it was great even though so many people hated it, becuause it completely changed the playability of all the previous Hitman games and well yes it was very different. However, even though I loved every Hitman since Codename 47 until Absolution, to me there is no other game like the first one, before I discovered online games I used to play this game for hours and everytime I finished it, after a few months or even years I started playing it again and had a blast everytime, I just liked it that much. I got to a point in which I could complete the game in its hardest difficulty without getting hit a single time and I truly felt like a Hitman playing this. To me it felt sort of like a hitman simulator and there are very few games I can say that are still so entertaining up to this day after so many years of their release and Hitman Codename 47 is definitely one of them. I remember my friends just watching in awe how come I could just advance through the levels without getting hit, killing every enemy so fast and before alerting anyone when possible and It felt really good to get to that point. This is a very special game to me and everytime I hear this theme it gets me so many good memories of those days, what an amazing game this is. I randomly just remembered this theme and got into this video and it was like a time machine, thanks for sharing.
The Buddhists consider the lotus to be a symbol of purity of body, speech and mind. I'm thinking that the flower represents 47's human perfection instead.
this song gives me goose bumps every time i listen. And one more thing i think this song can be a badass club music if it someone edits it a bit right? :D Some tempo, stronger beats and damn!!
goka- liptus i would totally dance to the whole thing in a club especially the part that starts at :40 its got like a french house meets industrial sound... already badass
Really love this, and how it's got a cool reverb (echo) like sound to it, giving it a sort of dark psychological feel 🥰 Definitely should be longer though. Cheers for the share 👍
dude u dont know how many memory this has brang back to me, i remember listening to this music while my brother played this game, i was like 3 or something
I remember where it all began. Before the first game came out I was searching for free games to download. There was this one mysterious game. It was just one level. Somewhere in China maybe? Im a bald guy in a black suit and I have a silenced pistol, a fibre wire, a car bomb...nearby I find a breakdown scoped rifle in a suitcase...theres civilians walking around, a limousine drives by... What is going on here? What am really supposed to do? What in world is this?...Im intrigued o_0
“For this mission we will give you your reward of $13,000 up front-spend it wisely. Remember that if the hit gets messy we will send a cleaner and deduct the money from your account. Your mission in Hong Kong will be fairly complicated. The ultimate target is a triad leader named Lee Hong. He is too well guarded and even if you succeeded in eliminating him, chances are that you would not get out of Hong Kong alive. The agency has prepared a plan that will make Lee Hong lose his influence outside his mansion. We will get back to you when you have completed your first mission.”
I hear hitman and i immediately think of Ave Marea now that i hear this im having nostalgia i can remember playing this when i was like 5 years old i had no sense of what i was doing back then but i loved the sniper in that game :P IM SHIT WITH IT TODAY THOUGH and its the same old sniper
-UPDATE The movie itself was suprisingly pleasent. creative kills, some backstory... but, it missed the balck humor this series has. It was a bit too serious.
Bond makes the job really obvious - he wreaks havoc everywhere he goes, but he does it with style. It's completely different story with 47 - He's out there to kill you? No. Not anymore. Because you're already dead!
I never really heard of the Hitman games until two or three years ago. I bought Hitman 2016 last year and Hitman 2 this year. I love the music in those games, but when I searched the og games music, I can tell you the old games sound much better. Still love the new games music, tho
Original but theres a lot of parts of the original music that has been cutout in this, this is not the true theme....the original length is like around 5 mins.
