Hitman Elusive Target 21 takes place in the hospital at Hokkaido, Japan and is two targets: the surgeons Pavel Frydel and Akane Akenawa, who the client has requested be killed by viral infection. Who will whack them successfully? Who will panic and be gunned down in the corridor? Watch and find out, and maybe also subscribe: www.tinyurl.com/SubToOxbox
Hokkaido is the Hitman level in which we've spent the least time, as evidenced by our relative lack of level mastery. And where the hospital staff have stashed the lethal virus we're meant to steal and assassinate the two unlucky surgeons with is anyone's guess.
At least Hitman Andy manages to re-access the secure room that houses the rare heart awaiting transplant into the level's main target. Destroy it anyway, since we're here? Oh, go on then.

I'm sure it's safe to assume Mike crashed the escape helicopter shortly after the cutscene ended. So their weren't NO explosions, we just didn't see it.

When I first saw this title, I thought they had to kill 21 surgeons. I was surprised they managed to do that in 18 minutes. Then I realized that it was elusive target 21. Luckily the surprise victory of Mike managed to soothe my disappointment at not seeing the bloodbath of 21 surgeons murdered.

You know, Andy saying "Punch that guy," was a clear attempt at sabotage, since Andy is CLEARLY upset that Mike beat him. Mike responding "No!" was a clear indication that Mike thought through the consequences... which.... Dear god, Mike thinks ahead now....

For the unaware, the "noticer" in that morgue drawer thing is an easter egg- he's that secret agent guy in the american flag undies that 47 keeps seeing around his travels. As far as I'm aware, he's in most of the games, just not Absolution. He's the guy that you save from the hospital level in Blood Money, too.

For a guy terrible at stealth games, as this channel can attest, Mike is surprisingly effective at stealth games. He's the A-10 Warthog of Outside Xbox, sure it may not be pretty, but at the end of the day the job gets done.

What always gets me about this mission is the kitchen. Only chefs are allowed to be in there, even the hospital director will have security called on him if he enters the room - security who are also not allowed to be in the kitchen

You should really take a look at that freezer with the live body in it next time. You can unlock it with a scrambler found in a cabinet in one of the security offices. In there is Carlton Smith, who's kind of like a running joke from the Hitman series. After a short conversation he will give you an all-access keycard, which is really useful for getting through the rest of the map with ease.

This was a really fun elusive target! I was so close to getting Silent Assassin, but I stupidly ran past the Director and he clocked me straight away. I hope they can continue evolving the targets and bringing different game play elements into play.

you can help that guy in the mortage at 8:20 getting out by using these electronic key cards which you unlock in that colorado mission. in exchange he'll give you a card which allows you access to any place in the hospital regardless of your disguise nice gameplay guys :) my approach to this mission was kinda like mike's except i couldnt find the syringes, so i brought some of my own :P

I think the reason why Mike didn't use explosions were because he simply couldn't. Since it requres Japan mastery level 20 to be able to bring gear with you into this level, which they said they weren't. Ofcorse, as long as the level was atleast 3, he could have smuggled one explosion in via agency pickup, but it wasn't shown what their level were.
