Today we're doing posibbly the biggest and most convoluted Kill Everyone I've ever attempted. I attempt to empty Hitman's Mumbai without killing the guards until the very end. There are so many people on this map. SO MANY.

31:50 It is possible that is a "Wake up Dead" fail safe. Trzebiat's No Killing Challenge used one of the seldomly used game mechanics that, if an unconscious body is discovered in a spot that an NPC cannot travel into or out of, such as a roof that can only be accessed by 47's agility actions, or a pit that you can only use the climb action to climb out of. The NPC that discovers the body will not run to the target, but instead, the target will get up on their own, but then dies immediately. So seeing how you only KO guards, it has to be a guard that got woken up in an inaccessible area, and dies waking up.

Btw, the last NPC you killed in the trainyard is the train driver. You can see him jump off the train just before it crashes into the building during the cutscene.

Here is a little suggestion for a change about this challenge. The problem i see is that unlike the normal kill everyone you are just limiting yourself to non-lethaly dealing with the guards, which just makes the whole thing more tedious. You basically go on knocking out spree to have less active guards, which get brought back up, so you have to do it again and again. Not too fun in my opinion. My suggestion is, you are still able to kill guards, but you are not allowed to be in combat (specifically when they are already shooting at you, since the game will consider it a combat state instantly if you do something really illegal in front of a guard). So you arent allowed to just draw in all of the guards into a murder hole, which is what makes the normal kill everyone much easier. You have to take out guards relatively stealthly, so they dont start blasting you. If they do, well you lost, you have to reload a save or maybe instead you cant kill anyone until you loose the combat status. Whichever way you think it would be more fun. This way you wont just repeatedly do the same thing over + making it so much more difficult to figure out whether everyone in the map is dead (twice, since you first need to verify that no civilians are alive). And yet it would still not be as easy as the regular kill everyone challenge.

Very, very, very satisfying fun to watch! The civilian guy you found after the train was the train's driver who dives out of the cab just before it crashes and is knocked out, if you look closely in the cutscene you can even see it, so there's no way you could have gotten him before doing the train.

Also fun detail, your comment at the start about the odds of happening to poison the Maelstrom weren't far off actually since he starts just down the street from there and walks past the stall - so you had fairly good odds of getting him! His hair and clothes are random each playthrough, but he always has the same face with the same scars under it, and like any other target has a particular route with conversations and triggers in certain locations. He's worth just following around some time to get to know him - he can even spawn with the big beard and fluff hair but that's rare. Mumbai is tricky and complex, but very rewarding to a player that explores. The tower has a bunch of climbing locations too out of windows if you look for painted arrows.

House built on Sand I believe was 900 or so. Mumbai is well over a thousand if you get all the fake NPCs and I think this was the most I've ever seen by quite a bit. You might be right about it respawning them.

I remember that in Absolution the plunger was the most OP weapon. You could take cover behind a door frame and do a split second takedown of whoever got too close. You'd shove it over their face and apparently suck the air out of them in one swift motion. And you could just do this over and over again as guards swarmed the doorway.

I think that man just couldn't handle the stress 24:27 plus playing this level gets rid of my stress. At 44:56 somehow that NPC got shoved up in the air and when he moved it counted as him falling to his death. God wasn't in that one. Referring to the immortal NPC who was invincible.

That was awesome. I had officially run out of things to do on Hitman, so I started something new, kill everyone on freelancer. Some maps are very easy some maps I think are impossible. No save points and when you die you lose all your shit. I am not suggesting you attempt it but if you do, don't try hardcore and start off small. Whittleton Creek and New York are very easy. I was shocked that Haven island turned into such a nightmare. In fact most of the maps are a nightmare to do that on. Love your videos, you are literally the best on RU-vid

A idea/suggestion I had for the 'guards die last' videos is maybe you get 1 guard kill for every 50 NPC kills. (Or whatever value you want to set yourself)
