In August 2018, The Danish Broadcast Corporation (DR) aired a concert entitled ”Gaming in Symphony” performed by The Danish National Symphony Orchestra /DR SymfoniOrkestret with The Danish National Concert Choir and various soloists conducted by Eimear Noone. The concert was hosted by the legendary TV presenter Jakob Stegelmann. The music performed was titles from a wide range of video games such as World of Warcraft, Assassin’s Creed, Call of Duty, Hitman, Final Fantasy and many more.

@@leoncer4719 Since it's composed in the modern era, I think it's Contemporary Classical music. We can also say that it's a Requiem as the title in-game suggests. This is my best guess since I changed directions in music.

Behdad47 ahh I see Should I use these terms to search for similar musical pieces ?? Wouldn’t ‘Contemporary Classical Music’ be a very broad umbrella term ? I’d like to look for a similar tone to this track, something dark and sinister, yet grandiose at the same time. Please do suggest some compositions that fit these requirements :)

The third track wasalways my favorite from hitman 2. im Australian and bought the ost on cd at great expense due to insane shipping back in the day. I'm so happy to see it brought back in 2018. The new Hitman games have great soundtracks but still don't quite have the atmosphere of Hitman 2 and Hitman Contracts.

moiseman A little bit. Back in the PS2 days. You often had to compress things. And compressing things makes it loose it's quality. So some music was just a little bit sped up‚ to lessen the file size.

Play the third track "47 Makes A Decision" at 1.25 speed. That's more of the tempo the of original track from the game.

wild , astounding - simply the best , this makes America look bad ,,sad an at least lazy..I'd send the Boston pops to outflank them and have stone Temple pilots reinforce the middle , but I fear we are out class Ed ..adue !
