Good result Ethan. Some thoughts since you asked. In tournament poker I'd minimize playing those marginal hands like 65 suited unless you're both very deep stacked. With the way blind structures escalate you're often going to be facing proportionally sized large bets and have to make very difficult decisions unless you flop the nuts....this becomes a very big leak as you're going to have to fold out on many flops even if you hit a pair like you did in this hand. On the hand with 44 and flopped QQ2 I think you're always best to check that in position rather than bet. You are almost always going to get floated by a hand with big overcards, and will almost always get called by any pair...and any turn card other than a 4 you're going to hate.. So why bloat the pot. Give your opponent a chance to bluff the turn with a bet/call, and with a controlled pot you can more easily make decisions on the river instead of potentially playing for all your chips with just a pair of fours. And the A6 I think that was probably a fatigue shove because you were certainly deep enough to wait for a better spot. Shoving with A6 means that either everyone folds and you only get scraps, or if you get called you're almost always way behind with a bigger AX or a pocket pair. But good to see you get a cash and make some bucks in this tournament.

@@rogerfederer3817AND ANTES. All he had to do is shove his A6 level, type hand, and 13 bb stack and get it past the blinds. If he succeeds, then he gets 3,4,5 bb's. If he does that just 3,4 times, that's a double up to about 23 bb(that assumes the blinds hit his stack once before he able to get something in right situation to shove)(and blinds were about to go up). If he waits for better, and if he doesn't get better, and if he gets card dead, and if he doesn't double up, then he will get knocked down to between about a 2 to 4 to 6 to 8 bb stack, and probably would bust out. By shoving A6 in that kind of spot, he is playing to win, as in order to win you need to accumulate chips and need about 33 bb stack minimum, and a double up to 23 bb stack gives him at least a little breathing room, maneaverability to try to get to 33 to 43 bb stack, to try to make a run at winning. Altho a chip and a chair can win a tournament in theory, it's not bloody dam likely, and if he waits for a better spot, better hand, and if he goes card dead, and if that last long enough to where the blinds hit him, and go up once or twice, then he down to 2 to 8 bb's, and probably bust out. He is better served in that kind of spot to correctly(GTO wizard, solvers, GTO charts, etc, say Rampages shove in that kind of spot was right. Only way it wouldn't be right is if either of ICM implications, giant pay bumps, somebody raises, shoves in front of him, 2,3,4 limpers limp in in front on him, if he had a bad image at the table, etc), shove A6, 13 bb's, button, in that kind of spot.

AQ post flop with nothing is a fold. you would've lost to both AK and AJ that all in hand. AQ is trash alot. its good in certain spots but not that one. great run and score. you are finding a few key folds away from making a big run. you lost huge chunks of your stack w AQ.

That's how you play pocket Jacks.. just wait for someone to bet a lesser hand and smoke them.. I think you need to quit jamming all the time. Sorry but you seem intoxicated by the all ins.. when you had a million chips, you should have coasted a bit and pick your spots. Like when other people get short stacked and they punt away their opportunity.. Folding wont cause you to win the tournament obviously, but punting away the lead seems counter productive. I have been watching you since the beginning and seriously your getting looser all the time with the all ins..

am your sister from Yemen, and by Allah I only spoke out of hunger and distress. My mother, my brothers, and I lessons and tears. We are in a situation that only God knows about. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs for those who brought us to this situation. By Allah Almighty, I did not write this appeal out of distress and distress. Poverty, O world, they have felt it So, I hope for you. By Allah Almighty, Lord of the Great Throne, he ate what I had in the house. By Allah, my brothers, he is my brothers by sitting in the house. Who has no food? By God, we are in a very difficult situation. We have 4 people entering the house, and my father has died, and there is no one who can depend on us and who lives in it.We live in a rented house because we cannot pay the rent we owe. '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''' My brother, my first words are: I swear to God that I will not lie to you or deceive you. I am a Yemeni girl displaced from the war. My family and I live in a rented house in Al-Shahrab 20,000 Yemenis amongs, and now we owe 60,000 for 3 months. The owner of the house is one of the people who does not have mercy, by God, my brother. He comes every day, insulting us, talking about us, and moving from the house to the street because we were unable to pay him the rent. The neighbors saw us crying and came back. They came back to talk to the neighbors and we were given the weekend. So we made him swear by God. He will take us out into the street. Have mercy on him and us. Our country is due to this war and we do not find food for our day, and my brothers and I live in a difficult life. Our father died, may God have mercy on him, and we have no one in this world who was with us in these harsh circumstances. My younger brothers went out into the street and saw...The neighbors eat and stand at their door in order to give them bread even if they break it. By God, to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, they closed the door and expelled them and came back crying. They are dying of hunger. No one has mercy on them and a holiday is returned. I have made a living, and now if us helps us with a kilo of flour, I swear to God, I am dying of hunger. My brother, I am an alien to God. Then, I ask you to help me for the sake of God. I ask you, by God, to love goodness and to help me, even if you can, by messaging me on WhatsApp.On this number 00967779509554 and ask for the name of my card and send it and do not be late and may God reward you with all the best, my brothers Sagar, see how they are and help us and save us before they throw us out in the street, you will be lost or we will die of hunger. My family and I ask you, by God, if you are able to help us, do not be late and may God reward you well..`/--~««............>
