So the noise on the drag King is probably intentional. If you've never been to a top fuel drag race, I recommend you go. Top Fuel dragsters quite literally Shake everything around them, including you. The noise is something you feel, not just hear.

If you watch videos of them I would recommend you look at the glass around/behind them. Thats how loud they are, like OP said, you can hear those cars with your chest.

Add me to the group that says you NEED to see Top Fuel Dragsters race in person. I'll even throw in jet dragsters. It's an experience you will never forget. Un-freakin'-believable! Some tracks you can get closer than others. Most people stay up at the starting line, but for the full effect, you should head down to the finish line. No experience in the world like a car going past you at 320 mph.

If memory serves, Johnny sent us an "experimental" updated handling for the Picador in an effort to make drag cars more drivable. This is why it's such a pleasant experience :)

I did make ones for some of the others (Sabre, Vacca and Blista), but those haven't been added for some reason. Also it was more than just making the Picador driveable, it was about making it fun.

I think I would enjoy the Sabre GT Drag the most, its tendency to roll & wheelie are characteristic of what I'd expect for a drag car. Its light frame & engine sound also adds to the immersion imo.

Love the idea of a random select with a small field and going twice around with it closing up halfway and at the end. One request if it's going to happen again, could we please have the leaderboard at the halfway mark after everyone's been once around and we can see what the true gaps are?

Y it was, someone from the staff explained to me why but i dont remember why it was removed

The Dragirie was removed because its lacked low level detail models, which is a standard ph wishes to hold to added vehicles. Rendering a lobby full of only high detail models is taxing.

@@chompette_ It didn't lack LoDs at all. I'm pretty sure the reason is that it was just high poly in general, much moreso than normal (IIRC it was just over 200k in its highest LoD, whereas most vanilla cars don't go higher than ~125k)

Apart from the Picador (which is a ute) there isn’t a truck dragster. Pace wise, it could probably be faster than the jelly Saber, but slower than the Impaler.
