Do you suggest when in stance knob facing catcher or plate ? Or is this batter preference?

Men's senior slowpitch and this lady has helped a lot. I can run and catch great, but recalling what I did in grade school is, well, challenging.

I am helping a 7th grader with her hitting. I played division 1 baseball and I’m telling you these drills are the best I have ever seen. They are direct and to the point. I only wish I could have watched these back in the 80’s. Keep these videos coming Meg, please and thank you!
