Bob O’Brien goes over some drills to help hitters fix any stride and rotational problems. The first two actions for an effective swing are getting the front foot down and rotating the hips. Learn how the stride can get you in trouble and can be simplified while creating Rotary Motion is essential to a quality swing. These are drills for both the beginner and the advanced hitter.

This is excellent-the way you break parts of the swing down but also just how you describe things. I hate my swing - no power, no plan, no nothing. I'm close to quitting the game altogether because of my pathetic hitting.

Hang in there. Work on getting your hips through quicker and the hands will follow. Check out my new video coming out shortly called "Less, More, Less" to try and simplify everything.
