I am in pain, what did i do to deserve something big like this disease..i never harmed anyone in my life 😭

I was diagnosed positive this month I've been working out all my life 20/20 I was 179 lbs now I'm 162 163 lbs in 2022 I'm hoping to gain some weight and replace that fat with muscle is it possible?

I know you dint take any of those since you mentioned in the video but is it ok if someone living with HIV can take it? Will they interact with the antiretroviral treatment drugs

Thank you! So it took me about 6-9 months from my AIDS diagnosis until I was undetectable...insanely fast I think! From thinking I was on the brink of death to being undetectable, it's really a miracle

Read that body movement and where the eyes tend to focus. Mark wants to snatch you up in all ways but more likely the "you know what way". For an interview that was pretty unprofessional of him to be that close and looking at you like a plated dessert. He looks like he is slowly grooming you and using your timidness/shyness as an advantage for his snatch. To each, there own though. Maybe you like him too, then who cares right? Just voicing what I see from that guy and that, there's a time and place buddy.....
I don't get it. How does your stomach look so good? The arvs (biktarvy) plus bad food ke ps my stomach with a layer of fat that won't go away! But your stomach looks great!
Shaaaaaaade, haha jk. I honestly downed so much pre workout thinking I was gonna have more time to workout...i was bugging from all the caffeine and workout COURSING through my veins lol
