Hive Frames Warm or Cold Way?

I run 200 hives the warm way with no queen excluder never a problem , I think it’s just personal preference, I have tried both ways! Good video

I run the cold way as it is quicker to inspect hives, but with a twist. I run twin national boxes, 8 frames in each. Corex block fills the gap. This way the bees can go up and down as they do in the wild.

I do also cold way it makes more sense to do so.

Another benefit to keeping them the cold way is that a pile of dead bees won't as easily block the way to the entrance
