Recorded by hiwatt @ Front of House (Zoom H4N: mix of built-in mics + board mix) August 18, 2010 @ Progresja, Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱 Another recording from my personal FOH archive, I’m very excited to finally share it with you🤟🏻😆 I’ve always loved ‘Tormentor’ in the set! This is the very same recording that made up most of the 2012 live album, ‘Bootlegged, Broke, and In Solvent Seas’. The guys absolutely killed it that night, and I know it had everything to do with the audience 🙏🤟🏻 Not unusual in my experience, you can literally feel the energy ‘loop’ being communicated between stage and floor…the band feeds off the audience, and the audience feeds off the band… some of you know exactly what I’m talking about, it can get crazy awesome ❤️ I hope you enjoy this recording, thanks for sitting in on this month’s session 🙏🙅🏻‍♂️ ️ ❤️hiwatt

These guys could sing the alphabet and I would still buy the record 😀 I pride myself on listening to all genres of music, but, Skinny Puppy stands above. I know I've said it before, but thank you, hiwatt for what you do AND what you did! Always quality.

I can’t be the only one that would like a deep dive into the Dragon Experience. I have heard so many demos from that era and what Ken did with that album is nothing short of groundbreaking as far as producing limited tapes. He is an absolute master of production and the Dragon Experience shows how he can go so far into the mix that he needs a credit on the artist name. Please, give us a deep dive on that mix. That’s the one. That’s the grail. Thank you so much for your channel!

Not only is SP a magical band for me, but as someone who started “running sound” when I was 14 I truly am inspired by the energy that their live performances have. SP is the pinnacle for me. It is such a treat to hear these recordings and also realise time and time again that YOU are a big part of that sound too HiWatt! That was my only SP show and I loved it soooo much!

Too Dark Park has always been my favorite album, by my favorite artist. I think a lot of that is the combined talents/contributions of Greg Reely, Rave Ogilvie, and (of course) Ken Marshall. It just has such a complexity and richness to it beyond any of their previous albums. Last Rites kind of feels like the wheels were coming off and then of course they lost Dwayne. After that it's never been the same. But for a brief moment in 1990 everything was coming together perfectly.

My favorite era SP music! = ) Very cool video!

I was so impressed with the vocal mixing on this tour. Especially in "Love in Vein." It sounded like Ogre was speaking in a chorus from multiple points. Together with the costuming, his stage presence felt almost supernatural. This recording also captures that vocal effect. Thank you for this!
