Actually enjoy virtually all of Hi-watt’s content, especially his educational stuff and his remixes of Skinny Puppy and FLA etc, but this is just not good. The music never actually takes off and the lyrics are hackneyed and trite. We get it heavy music fans tend to have a problem with god (shocking) and tend to be in favor of gun control and yet create and celebrate some of the darkest, heaviest and most violent music known to man. I love heavy, dark music and am, myself a life-long agnostic. It’s just the irony is not lost on me. I’m bummed to say this song blows.
From what I understand from this song is that it's not a god problem it's a problem with doing things is god's name. In my experience some of the "heaviest" music can also be the quietest. Agnostic is contained within the spectrum of belief.
would a portable battery with AC outlets do the same thing? (like a jackery). I think my friend has one imma see if I can borrow it to try it out but I feel like it would work. its electricity being stored as DC and converted to AC I just don't know if they are built in such a way to be heard towards cleanliness of the electricity swell
Not remarkebly better but rather marginally better. RF and transients are always on the power line. ALWAYS. some sites worse than others. UPS is just crazy stupid. Just filter RF and transients and enjoy your music. Anything further is very expensive for a 1% change

Haha! Hi Kent, "GROT" is a fitting expression. If you love this nasty distorted sound, but want it to have non-linear and organic alike: You have to try P565 SIREN from Pulsar Modular. This one melts with the sound source as if it was a part of it - penetrates right to the bone. It can be ultra-brutal and as sweet as you want it to be. This pure algorithmic plugin will blow you away as it acts and sounds like hardware. It has 2 ENV-followers, an additional MU-Tron circuit, and the HPF-LPF can act like King Tubby's Big Style Knobs - Moog Filter meets UREI meets Distortion (2 disto-modes). It has more GROT than you´ll ever need. :)

On another note I wanted to point out to my fellow Marshall Maniacs a couple of VST's I have discovered that similar software versions of Pure Grot. One is "Ruina" crazy distortion and the other is "FKFX Influx " a crazy stutter /distortion effect, search them out and download , you won't regret it
btw anyone looking for filthy distortion but don't have a tube device, check out the free Ruina vst by Noise Engineering who chiefly make hardware synth modules.
I'm calibrating 4 A77's after repairing them. Your method seemed eaiser to follow but it really would have helped to have been able to see the meters you were watching as you adjusted.
For sure @JHSynth! 🤟🏻🙏 Thanks for asking my friend, here’s a comment I shared on that Crush Audio session… You can find these little kits for under $30, and they’re a blast to assemble…even with only basic soldering skills! Important to note…this particular DIY kit requires a 12VAC power supply, which I happened to have in my ‘box o warts’. When I mistakenly tried a DC power supply, there was a substantial hum from both channels, and the audio levels were very low. As soon as I realized my mistake, and connected the AC supply, the thing literally came to life with almost no idle noise 🔥 This thing CRUSHES audio! Thanks again for sharing here 🙏 ❤️hiwatt
