Enough's enough. I'm ill, I'm still making content for you, and I'm not using AI. Some of you think it's okay to accuse me of using AI, followed by an assortment of threats and abuse based on this incorrect assumption. What is wrong with you guys? If you do this then I will just block you, I don't care if you're just 'meming' or 'pranking'.
Sad, but that's just gonna be more prevalent in the coming years. And the fact that you're more loose about using AI content than most gives people the wrong impressions. I'm not that pedantic, but I'll admit, even I got weird impressions from your sick voice. These days you never know when someone would try testing this technology for the hell of it.
I wonder if it is because you sounded sick people were just joking, I know you said you do not care if they are meme-ing or pranking but I am sure you could see the humour in when you voice over a video where you obviously ARE NOT using AI because you sound sick that people would then accuse you, though obviously threats and abuse are just pathetic and uncalled for, even in jest.
I just wanna say, I hope you see and read this. I have over 30 music kits in cs, and I have been using urs since it came out and it is by far my most favourite music kit to this day.
"I cover this in my video about hltv 2.0" Oh yeah I watched that "Fast forward another seven years and here we are with hltv 2.1" Ughh😵💫😵💫😵💫 don't do me dirty like that
"HLTV doesn't believe this tells the full story about how good you are, and I don't either because mine always sucks." New coping mechanism unlocked, thanks Philip 👍
Philip, your content has only inclined in creativity and definition over time. Keep drinking whatever juices you've been drinking, they're working. Love you man, hope you are doing well. ❤
This reminded me that my hate for players who don't help their teammates, hide like rats, stay alive at the end of the round and even somehow manage to get couple of kills themselves because they play like a lunatic and enemy team can't figure out what they are doing so even when the game is lost they get more score points than better players in the team.
I'd rather have my teammate save the awp 1v3 than give it away. I am glad they made this new very easy to understand rating, it is so easy to assess a players performance now, thank you!
4:29 Oh thank you. That explained it. I was arguing with a friend of mine about assist in CS2. It took 26 damage to count as an assist instead of 41. He kept saying it’s 41. He was right but only in CSGO, not in CS2. Where can I find the exact patch note in CS2? So I can show him.
Truly exemplifying why a mechanical or binary way of judging someones performance means you miss out on important context. Still atleast its less biased than most people.
It would be nice if they could somehow measure variables such as "space taken/secured in a round win", "enemies correctly located", "as a T, number of seconds distracting CT from defuse", and vice versa for CTs with Ts in terms of how taking a site works out (such as, "how long it took to take site and plant", "how quickly CT players repelled T players", "Total time delayed by CT anchor for T rush", etc.), just to get as many variables in as possible to get the best measure of their entire skill....even some of these variables measure a "fail" in the end on their part, but perhaps they bought enough time for a round win. How would we measure these? I'm asking too much, but I am so curious.
I think it is old thinking to count your rating individually in command games, I think it is important to count your contribution to victory and vice versa.
I left a mean comment on a different video of yours that I had deleted because it felt kind of unfair, but seeing the pinned comment I just wanna say I'm sorry your sick and if my comment contributed to you feeling worse, and hope you feel better.
first time ive heard of hltv. i dont think its really a issue to worry about. its like caring about what someone said 10 years ago. no one cares and if they do its not hltv stats. its all leetify.
Not a lot, because generally if you hit someone with 1 bullet from an assault rifle it will be less than 26 damage and if you hit them with 2 bullets it will be more than 40. This would matter with things like pistol body shots on armored enemies and with weapons that have high damage dropoff on range like an mp9 or famas. So it will be relatively minor difference because of those niche cases.
They need to factor in being hunted, hunting and baiting. I'm an okay player but with the right team I can lure far more to their doom then I could otherwise by myself. My friends say I'm the tag master, my not friends call me useless 😂
its a team tactical shooter there can not be a number to adress all the skill needed. you have a entry player a awper and support. if i flash for the entry player the entry player gets more points because he can shoot a enemy that is blind because of me. and one less change for me to get a kill. especially if the entry player manege to get the other enemy that is going to look for the trade, then tthere are two changes less for me to get a kill. and remember there are still 3 other teammates that also hjave less change. so by going to a kd number as biggest number only a few will look as the best players, but it requieres a team to get them there. messi and ronaldo are the best football players we have seen in a long while but if the team doesnt get them the ball in a good position they cant do anything good with it. (most of the time) but they are seen as gods and make at least two time the money then other teammates. and get the golden ball ect. teamsports cant be measured by one number for a teammember, at least not on a scoringcard like especially americans like to do. with their best ever. no it is the best of a era or in a group that are better then others. it should be more like a tier system. those special players are s tier others are a tier b tier ect.
I always wonder why people focus so much on rating systems and k/d ratios as measurements of skill. Not only do they not really accurately reflect skill levels but they also just feel kinda boring? At least personally I always find it more interesting to compare the actual stats of different players and see how they reflect that players playstyle.
I really appreciate your efforts! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
When do we get the Valve banning all Russians from the game -update? At least until you-know-what is over, then they can come back if they promise to be nice.
Just put them on their own server so they can cheat against each other instead of ruining my games. Doesnt even need to be a server in that country. Just shadow ban them to a seperate server in Germany or Poland.
You know what being the war or? You think Russian civilians are responsible for it and should be punished? You'd do well in the American govt since you are as clueless as they are
I have been playing cs2, and was thinking people complaining about hackers were exaggerating and bad themselves. I deranked 4k and got to 9k/silver elo. Was full of wallhackers. Which sucked, called me hacker, and died. Honestly, I realize I don't even really care if the enemy have cheats, as long as its possible to win. Doesnt really change much. Anyways, totally irrelevant to the video.
The problem is that all those things are non-linear. Just throw AI at it. Using won/lost games as the "cost function" (big simplification, very big, I am skipping a lot here so don't even start ok?) Once it's trained just figure out the non-linearity and inter-factor-dependencies. Simple. Not really. But simple to say.
