While purchasing in HMDA LAYOUT plz kindly check weather the venture is in RESIDENTIAL ZONE or PERI URBAN ZONE. because in tesidential zone only you can construct the house, if you buy in peri URBAN zone you have to construct only 25% of land of your plot .

Hi bro i taken one plot near shamshabad hmda layout and connecting road is 30 ft inside layout Is it fine you told 40 ft road ??

I think you have taken old venture..if legal certificates are fine & internal developments completed, then everything is fine.
