Our technician covers some possible causes your Magic Chef 9 and 10 cu ft refrigerator to not be cooling within specifications. Within this video instructions are provided to manually defrost the unit as well as removing the freezer and control panel, to access some of the electrical components.

Can you add more detail on the control board disassembly? Do you just pry that piece out or are there screws in it? Is the thermostat setup with an adjustment for calibration...???
