It’s very easy for people to say take no notice but it’s hard , honestly I know how you feel. Being a hairdresser all my life back in the day when people got their hair done every week they thought the new you really well and could say anything to you . One lady really upset me well over 35 years ago about something very personal I’ve never forgotten it still pea’s me off to this day if I ever think about it . Let’s just say that day she didn’t get her hair done to the best of my ability lol. Seeing the nets to go crabbing reminds me of being a kid on holiday in Tenby with my grandparents happy days xx

Hi Helen, a good selection from Home Bargains, and quite reasonably priced. I don’t go shopping very often but went in there the other day and found the mouthwash I use. Could not believe the price as it was £1.99, not on any offer, but I only buy when on offer and on Ocado it is £2.50 instead of £5. I think I saw the nasty and rude comments you are probably talking about, I ticked the dislike arrow as it was totally uncalled for. I think the RU-vid channel creator should have deleted and probably blocked the person. It amazes me how some people can think it is ok to write vitriolic comments about someone. If anyone doesn’t like something, switch off, don’t look etc. You keep on doing what you are doing.

My husband uses that scalp protector and rates it highly because it doesn’t feel greasy. I have thick hair like a hat so it’s not something I know about 😆😆 Isn’t it strange (and a shame) that people make time to be nasty, if you don’t like something then don’t watch, just no need to be horrible! X

On the AirBnB customers, I hear you! We had rave reviews and really lovely people in the main, but I can pretty much quote the negative comments 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️. I have 2 dogs and they were like chalk and cheese on ferries around the Orkneys - it was funny to see the difference. Our wee terrier was loving it, our bigger dog was scared, but they were both fine of course xx keep on keeping on Helen - your channel is great! 😊 Just wanted to add, those telescopic nets are great!! The Calypso scalp protector is fab… I used it when I lost all my hair during chemo and thankfully never got burned as I hated my wig and hats were uncomfortable on my huge bonce! 😂

We are all here because we love your content …. Some people are very rude and they probably would never say it to your face. (We are just the same - had a gite business in France and had loads of lovely visitors but the one we remember is the horrid one who even complained that we didn’t have enough pictures on the wall!!!!)
