We went down to Bournemouth to see Rory Ellacott a 22 year old property entrepreneur who is absolutely smashing it.
In this video Rory took us for a tour around one of his HMOs that is in the first fix stage & he took us around a HMO that is complete, ready to be let.
We asked what his experience was like over the last 5 years, the biggest issues he faces & what his thought process is when designing a HMO.
