He is trespassing because he has not asked permission of the landowner to film, it is the right, as noted in Article 10 of the 1998 HRA, that he has to follow all conditions or restrictions, he could also be done for breaking Article 8 of said 1998 HRA too. Private property is exactly that, does not matter if there is public access, but auditor's don't want you to know this, they quite happily abuse the rights of others (private property is not theirs unless its in their name, and it isn't) for a reaction from those working there and then make it look like they are in the right and the others are wrong. Cleverly done but people fall for it and think its how our law works, unfortunately it isn't and it then puts poor information out there about what you can and cannot actually do.

@@tonyb1223 what utter tosh!!! Trespassing is a CIVIL matter. You keep saying “done for”. It has no meaning. Saloon room lawyers like you really ought to STFU until you learn some legal basics. You cannot be PROSECUTED for trespass, despite what the signs say. You can only be SUED. You can only sue for a QUANTUM. An amount of the losses you have incurred for the civil tort.
