HMS Queen Elizabeth The Pride Of England
The HMS Queen Elizabeth is the flagship of the Queen Elizabeth class of aircraft carriers and the flagship of the British Royal Navy. The HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier is capable of carrying 60 aircraft including fixed wing, rotary wing and autonomous vehicles. The aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth was named in honor of the first HMS Queen Elizabeth, a World War I-era super-dreadnought, which was later named after Queen Elizabeth I. The aircraft carrier Queen Elizabeth carries the same ship honors as her namesake, as well as the Tudor rose-adorned coat of arms and motto.

The aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth is based at HMNB Portsmouth.
