your company need to look into your current customers problems and reply to them with solutions to their problems.,..and stop selling more machines until issues are solved and you get happy customers..

Hi, I have the same problem. I connected hypertherm 45 and it doesn't work. It lights up, breaks through, turns off the plasma and doesn't go any further. Manually, it would cut straight, but does not follow the height. This is my second device. I only did oxy with the first one and I was very satisfied. Que tal soy de Ecuador y tengo el mismo modelo de maquina y tenemos problemas con la calibración de los parámetros ya que no enciende la antorcha como nos podemos pone r en contacto para que nos ayuden ya que es nueva y no la podemos poner en funcionamiento
La que yo trabajo es la mismo pero cuando corto ella muchooo humo no se como hacer para que no eche tanto.. no sé si será la antorcha. Si me colaboran gracias

My problem still stands. Please help. I connected the machine to Hypertherm 45 xp plasma. I managed to get a cut. The cut is good, it clearly needs experience. But the problem remained THC did not respond. The plasma neatly touches the plate, fires and rises to working height and cuts, but remains at the same height. When my plate is not flat, I have to manually monitor the height of the burner. It's irritating. What can I do to make THC work.Seade pomozi
@@mickukuruzov dod you sort this out as I had a similar problem and the plasma machine signal was erratic in quality, ended up shielding cables and plasma machine with aluminium and aluminium foil and worked good enough
It just moves the torch/cutterhead under CNC control. You can use either an oxy/acetylene torch or you can use a Plasma Cutter (it's shown at the end).

@@rubengeraldino2387 hola que tal sabes que nosotros lo compramos con un importador amigo nuestro y no tuvimos problemas la calidad de los cortes son buenos tiene sus trucos y normalmente la máquina no te viene con las tablas de operación viene un manual muy pequeño y yo creo que sí debes tener un poco de experiencia aunque hay muchos videos de cómo operar la máquina en RU-vid para cortes precisos si necesitas de moverle no sé que fuente de plasma adquiriste con el cnc
