The pick pockets one. Reminds me of a story. My ex couch crickets boyfriend would swipe cash from my lock box. I couldn't prove it, but i knew. So i ordered the fake cash that you used to be able from wish. About 2 weeks later. He was arrested for passing counterfeit bills. He has been in jail for 4 years and has 16 more to go.

Story 1: YOU own the property -- why not place billboard-sized signage advertising OYOUR business to be seen from the HOA properties?? Better yet, post links on the Signs to Court cases involving the HOA ??

Last story , a tablet is handy for many things such as ,looking up information about subjects your interested in ,photography , games , calendar and appointments notification and many more uses . It all depends on the person using it .

@@SeanBZA I use my tablet for appointment notifications , photography ( hobby ) , word games ( sharpen my mind ) , looking up information about plans and entertainment as I use it to distract myself when out of the house to deal with my mental health problems .

"This is not a Home, this is a Business, we follow Cities Rules and if you have problems, report it too them, we don't pay you dues or are apart of any HOA, this is a place of work and we follow the laws of running a business." *HOA lets ignore that and force them to pay (HOAs are an easy way for bad people to gain power they will misused, at least there some work needed for them to get city power over other)

This is why I think in the US they should be banned by the next president, make them illegal to even form like they are here in NZ. Yes HOAs are illegal in NZ, one guy tried, on a street where everyone was renting and ended up with an over $10k fine.

1st story: The first thing a business owner should have learned is have cameras as early as possible. Forewarned is the minimum protection to keep assets safe from thieves.

So the HOAs logic was "we can see it, so we dictate it"? *FACEPALM* It was ALLWAYS about the money, would not suprise me if they had "closed books" and kept refusing to explain what they use any of the money for.

Ya f Hoas . I specifically built my house with my wife out of Hoa area. They tried us . I sued the pants off them and they shut down. And they lost their houses after all the fines.

For the crap these HOAs and others are doing they should be in prison for years, anyone who had to go through that crap would definitely press charges. Some of these reddit stories may be true, some are exaggerated and others are definitely made up.

Here's the thing, 90% of these stories are not made up in the slightest, people are insane, stupid, entitled or all of the above. You clearly have not been around long enough to see that.
