Yes it would probably be smoother and have more torque because it's a bigger setup but 4S is perfect

I personally use my truck for everything with this setup I can do off road with my oversized Badlands when I have street tires on it it turns into a Drifter then I have some oversized racing slicks with 6s I can go over a hundred miles an hour for bashing I just use 3s and some short course tires and it's great has enough power to climb up hills and big jumps

Yes I run mine with a single 4S battery perfect amount of power 6's just gets crazy
