wow the governor performance is amazing! thanks again for the help now I have another question, I have an old castle phoenix ice 2 hv it has no rpm lead. so I want to run the esc in airplane mode and then use collective add to get the same feeling im getting on my hobby wing setup? I also will need to do an endpoint setting right? thanks man! Mike in TN

Duhhhh!! but my Neo governor isn't working! Duhhhh.... just kidding Greg,great explaination.Hope to see you at Ken's annual funfly this April. Oh...I forgot,I do have a HobbyWing 200 amp esc problem,I'm using the Vbar governor.There was a firmware update a couple years ago for the dreaded spool up problem,when you spool up the heli would turn left.I downloaded the firmware to fix that problem on my Logo 700 and it worked,now two years later it's doing it again,i have no f'n idea why it's doing it again.I reflashed the firmware and it didn't help,the only thing i've changed since the firmware download was the basic throttle on each bank (Justin Coffman suggested) to achieve the head speed that i want per bank.I tried going back to the default 50 percent per bank and nada! I've turned down the spool up rate from default 3 down to 1(spools up slower) but as i get closer to my target head speed it turns left. I also run a higher governor gain than default....35 governor gain,but i used that gain number before with the firmware update and it didn't affect the spool up turning to the left.Any ideas on why it's turning left again during spool up? The turning left only happens at the initial spool up,so if i go back to throttle hold after the spool up and i switch back to the motor on position again than the turning left doesn't happen,only on that initial spool up or if i go and do another flight pack.I know about the concept of the ESC starting the motor and than the term "Hand over" to the fbl governor and that's when it's happening.
