I love following Hobonichi and have sadly decided to break up with the Weeks for 2024 to use sterlingink. I'd been loyal to the weeks since 2017 and it feels bittersweet, but I am looking forward to grid on both spreads and white paper. Thanks for sharing!

I am with you on the Day Free they could have ditched the quotes and keep the cute flip drawing. The Tokyo Metronome is my favorite cover from the past year, besides the one piece leather cover. I am hoping again for the white/cream one piece cover.

Personally I was underwhelmed with the lineup (which is good, it saves me money :P). I had my eye on a few Weeks and two a6 covers, but seeing some vlogs made me realize I didn't like the ones I was eyeing. I now only like the Deep Navy Weeks and will get that one :)

The gingham in A6 has been one of my all-time faves - highly recommend 👍🏻 (Trying to resist the A5) TFS your thoughts 📚

Funny!! I usually, don't like the mina perhonen covers but this year I like both...! (The cats one, I liked it in person and not on the website though... 🤔) Also for the zip covers, I liked the yellow more 😂 and definitely the cat figure was the attraction for me 😂😂. I rarely like cats depicted in things, even though I like cats in real life...! So, I don't know what happened here 😅 But we have opposite tastes for these ones this year and it's so entertaining! ❤

Great review! You mentioned that you were not going to by Blue Blue because it won't work with your Midori Hibino. Have you used other Hobinichi covers with your Hibino before? I am considering getting a Hibino as well, but I would like to use an existing Hobinichi cover that I have with it. What do you think?

It’s too thick to work with any of the regular a6 covers. I’m going to try the wrap around 5 year cover Search and Collect to see if it fits. The 5 year book style covers don’t fit either. The cover buckles a little from what I’ve seen so far.

So many great choices out there. Whatever gives you Planner peace :) My most functional planners are Midori, Kokuyo and Traveler's company but Hobonichi just always holds a place in my heart even if I don't use the actual planner. I love using grid notebooks and other A6 and A5 planners in their covers.

Tastes and needs come and go and planner peace is pretty much a moving target. I don’t buy as much as I used to from Hobonichi, but I do love their covers. I find the Kokuyo Jibun Techo Biz to be the most versatile for my needs, but I still get excited for the Hobonichi reveal.
