But when youre doing C-cuts with both legs, you're not supposed to stand up straight when your feet are closing together. You're supposed to keep that low stance so that you are more stable and prepared.
im kind of new to skating and for some reason my non dominant foot tries to go sideways. i cant keep it straight up and down on the ice. i don't know if that's just because my ankles aren't use to it yet or what but if someone could give me some tips that would be great
+Sebastian Gagnon Yea what Sam said. Tighten the crap out of your skates. When you get better, a lot of players like to wear them loose. Also work on one foot stroking. While holding one foot straight and still, use the other foot to push. Then swap.
