As for her voice you know she had open throat surgery to repair her vocal damage. She will never sound the same but still an amazing song from A Canadian Icon. It is wonderful to see Shania back! All 3 songs released so far are great! Shania never gives up. After having surgery on her vocals she did therapy and continues to do exercises on her vocal chords. She knows her voice is not what it used to be but because she is the song writer she adapts her songs to her voice. I believe because she is so transparent with what happened to her voice that the majority of the people accept her new voice and style.
