And i kept it for many years. Unfortunately living in the "rust belt" and it rusted out pretty bad and it got sold

Thanks so much buddy! When the weather starts to get warm. I get antsy to do things outside. I love the old beetles. My buddy Bob used to be a bug guru back in the day. When we were teenagers he thought it would be fun to jump one of the old one lane bridges since they were higher than the road back in the day. He managed to get all 4 wheels off the ground but the rear suspension bottomed out and shattered the oil pan spreading oil everywhere 🤣🤣🤣🤣.good times
