Thank you so, so much!!! I have been having this painful, swollen fat pad for over 3 weeks now on my outer knee. Everything u said was spot on! I will be icing it now! The pain has been so bad and shooting all the way upto my hips and down to my bad ankle, the cause of all this issue

I just went for a fat pad debridement surgery for 1 knee. My knee feels much better though it’s only week 4. Before the surgery my knee freaking hurts when squat slightly. Totally worth it.

Did you have patellar tendinitis as well? I’ve struggled with fat pad impingement for 2+ years even when doing PRP and following all PT scripts

Far I have the exact same pain! Had one PRP injection and that hasn't helped
