It seems like the developers and marketing team know exactly what they're doing. I can't think of many other games where an ASMR trailer would make sense, but in this case it just works so perfectly. They really hit the nail on the head with this one.

I hope you can hear the clock of hogwarts, like when its midnight or something, would be awesome for the ambience

The sounds of foodsteps clicking down the halls of a dark corridor in hogwarts, rain in a steady assault at the windows. Once in a while you duck out of the way of an on coming lantern. Lightning strikes and lights up the entire area. You hold your breath hoping you are not caught. This atmosphere is so perfectly true to the Harry Potter universe. I can’t wait to roam the halls of that beautiful castle. Ever since I was 10 I wanted a game, I even wrote down a checklist of everything I wanted the game to have, and you hit on everything perfectly. I cried when I saw this game leaked. I cried so hard from joy that my dad came into room. I’ve read all the books a few times and I can’t count the number of times I’ve watched the movies. Harry Potter has been there for my whole entire life. My dad waited in line for every release after the first book. I just can’t wait for this game to come out.

A video like this lets me know that the devs truly care about making this an immersive experience. I really cant wait to get my hands on this game!

I hope the developer can add the post-processing effects to the objects during the rain. Other than that, Hogwarts school is such a magnificent and enchanting jewel in the game. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

While reading the books you could only imagine what it would be like sitting in your common room, with your friends listening to the rain batter of the windows, while you struggle through your essay for potions due the following day!.. but this is just a whole new level, to actually experience this, with our very own character..Absolutely UNREAL!!

So beautiful! I'm not sure of many games that will go out of their way to do a featured video of the ambient sound design and asmr, but more devs should! Gameplay is cool and all, but being able to create a world in a video game that really makes the player feel as if they are sucked into that world through their screen, is a quality that many open world rpgs and other games lack. And being able to do that in a world that was created in a book series where every reader had a different interpretation or visualization on what the world looked like, is very impressive. Outstanding work!

They should totally add this as a feature in the game. I’d love to be able to put it in asmr mode from time to time. Honestly more games should be doing this. Stray had moments when you would rest and go to sleep where the camera would slowly pan out and you could really soak up the atmosphere. Loved it.

Love the sense of atmosphere , bustling howling winds giving way to warm cosy fireplace sounds in the castle as prefects roam the corridors . Many students at day time all creating atmosphere in the game world. Castle is beautiful too

I think the game looks almost perfect, a few touches and fixes here and there will make it perfect!... think there needs to be more of a delay between the thunder and lightning in the last scene and I’m hoping ‘Diagon Alley’ is in the game also, but hey if it isn’t that’s cool, I’ll still enjoy the game... the map looks huge already, plenty to explode and do!..

I would legitimately love a couple of hours of this for ambiance purposes
