I was also doing a Byzantium run, but I forgot that Italy goes into a civil war. It really pissed me off because I couldn’t core Italy, what you did with Italy was pure art. I feel like paradox should add a check that the Italian civil war should only fire when in a faction with Germany and at war with the allies (just like real life). Good video

When you encircle the enemy in your port, if you don't put a front line order and just have them unassigned and stood around the port, you can just hold shift and right click for them to do a support attack (with the blue arrow instead of the red). Means that once they start attacking, they'll keep going until the divisions are destroyed then they'll stop automatically!! Good video as always though!

you should try macedonian empire. you can core afganistan, most of anatolia, parts of the raj, egypt, middle east. you have to go on the right side of the focus tree and not put the king under house arrest. bitterst33l made a video on it which is basically the only in depth video on it. you can do the fascist way which is how bitterst33l did it, which is easier, mind you still very hard and quite a bit harder than byzantines you have to fight the soviets and the allies and italy just to form it. its also broken in that they dont get all the states they should get i think. or you can do monarchist way which you need to win a civil war but you can still do the formable nation its just way harder.

Very impressive run, how did you get away with manual justifications on Yugo and Bulgaria though? I would have thought you'd see guarantees from France/UK? For me WT is like 7-8 higher than yours at each time step, even with the no-WT turkey peace. 1.5 from Rhineland, 11ish from japan DoWing China and Shanxi, ~8 from yugo fab. Bunch of small stuff, leaves no room for a bulgaria fab. Wondering if japan did something lucky in your run. Seems like you're not getting any WT from the Yugo fabricate? Can't see it tick up at all after you start. Edit: I think this was a bug that was fixed in 1.12.6

Honestly the Regno del sud should only form if italy is getting captured during an agresive war they started or joined if the player declares war on italy the player should be able to just capture Italy regularly without worrying about a stupid puppet popping up unless you make your way through italy as if it were a minefield.
