Yes these exercises have been very beneficial in my 70 yrs -apron 30 + yrs ago I studied massage and the facial massage & Excercise has been my most helpful aging routine! From eyes to mouth to ears & neck it worked !
Update: Does anyone find the spoon one hurts your muscles after a while? I started getting headaches 😣. But they really worked so I'm gutted!!!! Wish I could post before n after!!! I saw a difference after a week but I did it for 6 weeks. My jaw became chisselled, I lost the flabbiness and my skin looked really healthy and clear. Other people noticed too! They said I looked younger. But now I can't continue! The headaches started after week 5 before then I didn't get any symptoms. I took it seriously and did 10 holds of 10 seconds 3 X a day. I felt the burn! Maybe the spoon was too heavy I used a desert spoon. I'll try with a lighter smaller spoon
The "fake" look we are seeing from over done Plastic Surgery is finally being understood as totally hideous, and we are FINALLY trying to do natural things instead of screwing around with surgery, which ALWAYS ends up ruining a natural look. So...this is a GREAT video!
@@TheBoots72 Lol, oh, I'm not saying the fake look is "gone" yet. Only that there SEEMS to be a shift to smarter people realizing how to better handle looking Great without things that make them look ridiculous or monstrous, like most invasive plastic surgery does.
I was blessed with great genetics. I'm 40 and literally everyone thinks I'm in my early twenties and workout 5, 7 days a wk but NOPE. It runs in almost everyone that's blood related in my family. My mom is 67 and looks like she's in her late 30's early 40's. My oldest sister is 49 and looks 20, 21.
I hear ya. My daughter is 41 and people think she is in her 20's. Years ago I dated a guy 12 years younger than me and people thought we were the same age. When my mother was 40, she told everyone she was 29 and no one questioned it.

When I was in grade school ,we had a substitute teacher who was gorgeous! She was in her seventies,she was a singer and local actress that looked to be in her twenties! She shared many great things about health and fitness! And this for your face and neck! Practice saying A..E.. I..O ..U. Then Y..in an exaggerated way holding each letter for a few seconds! People can't believe it if I tell my age!👍🙋🕊️

Yes they work. I started doing them at a younger age and I do feel it has kept my skin looking tighter . Have to be consistent even more,now,that I am older. They really do not take a lot of time
I know an exercise that helps with double chins or sagging skin in the same area. All you need to do, is sit/stand up straight, tilt your head like ur looking at the ceiling, but instead of moving your tongue, stick you jaw forward. You should feel a stretch.
I've been doing the spoon one alone for 10 days 3x a day 3 lots of 10 seconds and my jaw has tightened no end. My face looks different.! You won't see results after 10 seconds, lol! But it works. 👍
I thought the same thing. The skin around the eyes is very thin. I have my Cosmetolgy licenese and wrked as a cosmetologists yeasrs ago. When I was in the profession it was preached dont pull and stretch your skin especially around the eyes. That was a big no no. The only thing i can say is no matter what we are going to get wrinkles but I have noticed as I've gotten older that muscle tone is an issue on the face also. The exercises will tone up muscles which may give giv the face a firmer look. But Im not going to be tugging at the delicate skin under my eyes...no way...but a couple of these other excercies ill try out

Yeah my chin & cheek muscles are really a sight to behold now thanks to this. I just head to the gym daily for one ended dumbbell chin & cheek workout, 3 sets of 8 reps, and gym buddies can’t believe my face is natural!
You should have better shown it as a person actually doing the exercises rather than just explaining with some motion pictures. This doesn’t give much clarity.
