Here's a funny story...I was in my church band and some years ago during the pastor's sermon he made the statement pertaining to the sermon, "you have to hold on loosely...anyone remember that song"...and I broke into the intro on my guitar and and people along with the pastor burst out into laughter!!

I'm speechless. Again, these master musicians assembled this project from the ground up, one note at a time, as close to the original as possible. And they manage to do so without flailing themselves all about the area. Good musicianship IS the show, for these folks, and I am deeply appreciative.

This song is 40 years old as I write this. Maybe the sounds on Wild Eyed Southern Boys is dated, but the material is ageless. What a great interpretation this is! True to the original, and a great tribute to the guitar talent that is Jeff Carlisi. Overlooked and underrated.

What I like about this band is they nail it. The singer is so versatile, he sings many top 40 songs. They have different musicians filling in for different songs. Their all all top notch. Great job, I really enjoy them. Imagine if they they they had their own hits!!!

Wow wow that was amazing. I’m originally from Jacksonville Florida. I’ve lived here my whole life so I’ve been lucky enough growing up to see 38 special. Lynyrd Skynyrd and Molly Hatchet play in tiny little dive bars and make it to the big time. Your cover of this song is the best I’ve ever heard, Don Barnes and 38 special would be extremely happy with this. I absolutely amazing thank you for the incredible music.😎👍
