Or maybe she was laying the ground work for why she didn't know the guy was up to no good in her salon. She only mentioned it once and never brought it up again just to make the judge understand why she wasn't around. It doesn't even seem like she wanted to mention it in the end until the interviewer guy asked her and all she mentioned is how it was out of her control.

i think the judge would have dismissed the whole case with nobody getting anything but because the defendant decided to go off on the judge about her style of speech that cost the defendant 450 bucks .

That's why she went after the judge like she did "you're being mean to me, stop it" 😂😂 ridiculous!

Yeah I felt so annoyed with both of them. Plaintiff throwing around accusations of underage drinking parties and trying to say his Madea DVDs are "independent underground" films. Defendant nodding and all "Mm-hmm!" and then actually telling the JUDGE she's being disrespectful.

@@sb92773 Unfortunately, the law allows them to be rude. The law also allows them to be biased, which is why so many black and brown people get harsher sentences than whites.

I of course don't have any courtroom experience, but a simple fact of logic says that if you have beef with the way the judge speaks to you, you can file a complaint after the case has been heard. Hostility toward the judge during the case never pays whether it's justified or not. If the judge crossed the line, then they should be dealt with through due process and not litigant hostility.
