I just have to tell you a funny story. My dog, Nikki (little white maltepoo), is turning into Neems. 😂 I left my husband in July (a good thing) so my dogs can now sleep in bed with me. Nikki just turned 16 last Sunday. Since they have started sleeping in bed with me, Nikki has been migrating to sleeping up in my pillows. Well last night, in the dead of the night - we were all dead asleep - I hear a thud. Nikki fell off the bed. I have satin pillows and she literally slid right off the pillow. I was so tired I didn’t react very quick but I heard her walk into one of her dog beds so I went back to bed. 😂😂😂 In the morning I checked her out and she was good. Thank goodness. But I have to get her a bed with sides to put in the pillows so she is enclosed and won’t fall off the bed again. 🤣🤣🤣

Hey Jade! The sheets confuse me as well, but you handled the situation beautifully! I love the green deer vibe. I’m a Nordic, Green Witch and I think I’m going to do my holiday decor in Nordic/Scandinavian type primary colors and lots of white. Ty for the inspiration! Happy holidays!

As a fellow chihuahua owner I highly recommend fleece shirts and a heating pad that can stay on for 12 or even 24 hours for the colder months. My dogs are obsessed with the heating pad and my chihuahua even likes when I put in her fleece on those colder days.

Hiiii I wanted to say for the pillows to store them. You can buy the big vacuum sealed bags that work great!!! They squish the pillows so flat and when u take them out when you’re ready to use them they don’t look all wrinkled.

I love the Winter Forest theme! It’s so cozy🥰 I’m Puerto Rican so Christmas starts basically after Halloween or even in October 🤣 We have the longest Holiday season! Until end of January 😅

I need that black snowflake pillow cover! Tip for storing pillows, get those big bags where you can suck all the air out and make them as flat as possible. If you don’t want to spend the extra money, I totally get it. I’ve read you can do it with just regular black trash bags and suck all the air out using your vacuum hose!

I went to using the pillow covers too. The space saver vacuum bags is what I am using to store all my pillows and blankets… fabric items now. Have gained fabric sheets in them to keep unwanted pests away.

Love the final look! It's giving Christmas Slytherin vibes. I've never really decorated my bedroom for Christmas, why I don't know because it's my favorite season! Hey ghoul, hey! I still think the tree quilt would work, you can fold it back and let it hang at the bottom, that way if you get cold you can pull it up as you're sleeping. It would look like you have trees at the foot of your bed.

Those trees are everything ! I love how they look with the lights out, it just makes it a Christmas forest !! I love it !! The bedding look amazing too !! That green blanket is beautiful ! It goes with the sheets perfectly !! Loved seeing Neens's ear moving at the end there behind the pillows !! Adorable !

For thanksgiving we did an all day breakfast. Extra chocolate chip pancakes, beyond sausages regular and spicy, just egg scrambled with onions and mushrooms, hash brown patties. For people to snack on alongside a veggie platter. Of course we will have pie later. (Pumpkin & apple)

I have the same problem with my pillows and the pillow cases being too large. You can tuck the pillow case in on the end like hotels do . That way you won't have the extra fabric hanging. 😊

Hi Jade, thanks for the video! And the Neens cameo. I had Thanksgiving dinner with friends this year. The hostess ordered a cooked turkey and some sides, and cooked a couple, and we all brought something. I like what you did with the bedroom! The green blanket is better than the black spread, and the green pillows tone with it even though they don't match. And I love the Christmas trees on the nightstands, and the silver wreath.

I'm the same exact way.. I literally go into denial and sad mode when I have to pack up Halloween. It's Thanksgiving day, and I still have Halloween up, yet all my neighbors are in Christmas mode already. I plan to do the flip this weekend, and thankfully, I do have a nice selection of Christmas to replace Halloween. Messy hair, Jade, don't care 😂 love you, girl. My dish to pass is a Charcuterie layout and we're going to the brothers-in-laws. Bedroom turned out cute ❤ keep up the momentum and enjoy the change of the holidays. We only have 343 more days to Halloween 😂

This was some quality Neens content! My lil chihuahua mix is also a senior cutie and is at the point where we are not comfortable leaving him alone with anyone since he requires extra love and care. Thanksgiving is my husband's favorite holiday, so I have to put all the Halloween stuff away before that, and we don't do any Christmas until after Thanksgiving. He's also a great cook, so even when we go to his family's for Thanksgiving, we have our own the weekend before. My specialty is the pie. Not to brag too much, but it's pretty much the best apple pie in the world. 😉 I've been told the pumpkin pie is amazing too, but I wouldn't know because I don't eat it. 😄

I was lucky enough to find that bedsheet set for my guest bedroom. Did the green deer side as well. My tree in there is pale pinks with sage greens. Woods and neutrals decor, Deer 🦌. I love how yours came out. I’m now on the hunt for accent trees for my master bedroom side tables.

For me the holidays start after Remembrance Day on Nov 11. I’m in Canada so Thanksgiving is in October. For me once Remembrance Day is passed then I’m all about Christmas. 🎅 🌲

Much to my dismay I take Halloween down the day after. Then I half heartedly throw back up some fall for the family on thanksgiving. The minute they’re out the door just about I pack the last of the fall away. And begin to put up Christmas stuff. I live for Halloween and I feel like Thanksgiving is just a speed bump to Christmas.

Loving the black duvet cover with that sheet set. It's really lovely. Neens looks so cuddle bug comfy in all those blankets. Happy Thanksgiving!! I bring some dishes. Cayenne Cheddar cheese ball and a Pepper Swiss cheese ball. Sometimes a pumpkin custard pie as well.

So cute as always and GIRL my man and I feel you about the not wanting to let go of Halloween. We love our Halloween decor SO MUCH! It goes up right after 4th of July and stays up until Black Friday, then we transform the house into a winter wonderland with all of our snowflake, glitter Christmas stuff (that we also love)! ❄❄❄ OMG I love it "we'll see where the spooky wind blows us" so Jade! 🖤🖤🖤 Also girl for me the holidays INCLUDE Halloween lol. I'm shocked you don't also loop Halloween into "the holidays" lol. 🖤🖤🖤

Omg I bought sheets from Ross and the same thing happened to me 😂 I thought they were reversible but the patterns were cut in half. I no longer have those sheets. The packaging looked fancy but the sheets felt super cheap to me . Couldn't do it

Hello Jade, Seeing you use the king size pillow cases had me send you this tip. I, too, have used king size pillow cases on my standard pillows. On the extra material at the end you can open the open end up and then take one side of the extra material and tuck it into/ towards the actual pillow then shove the other side in as well. The extra material is then tucked in and stays put. Just an idea for ya. "Happy Haunted Holidays" to you and your beautiful family.

I love your decorating videos so much, they are my favourite 🖤 The holidays (or just Christmas as we call it here in the UK 😂) for me starts in December.. my birthday is mid November so I don’t do Christmassy stuff until December, even then I’m not huge on decorating but I do love the magic feeling in the air (also feel that with autumn/fall too!) I bought all my Christmas presents before November, mega organised or just mad?! P.S changing the sheets is my least favourite chore too, I hate it! I love hoovering and tidying etc but changing my sheets just angers me 😂 Great video as always xx
