Money is an exchange. If she helps people get well, that is invaluable. She gives free advice on RU-vid, spent years learning what she knows, and most likely has school loans that she is still paying off. Please dont attack her because she paid a lot of money for her education and thus deserves to be paid back by patients who she helps get well.

that doesn't justify a $8,000 coarse over treating sibo and other conditions. I am not saying she is a bad practioner but charging someone exuberant prices is taking advantage of someone who is struggling is a terrible thing to do. It cracks Me up when everyone stresses SLEEP is the most important thing. The problem is some people have genetically passed down depression and guess what their is NO sleep . Insomnia rules . No 2 Histamine is the major cause of insomnia plus cortisol epinephrine etc. So If You are a depressive then insomnia is Your first problem and a major one . Functional doctors usually can’t take insurance, if they do…they don’t for long because the medical system makes life difficult. Their oractice insurance and everything else is way more expensive than what a mainstream doctor pays. My functional Dr almost lost everything over the pandemic for prescribing things to his pandemic patients that “the powers that be” don’t approve of. He had to raise his prices when he lost his insurance and get a higher cost option. Supplements themselves are under attack by the FDA, so all physicians who use natural treatments live on the razors edge. Doctors can actually get in trouble in the US for not prescribing enough drugs, though no one will talk about it. Physicians who are brave enough to fight the system and treat patients outside big pharmas paradigm live life in uncertainty in the US. You need to know that before judging them. That’s why you rarely find a functional or holistic Dr who accepts insurance, and if they do…they won’t for long. I had my dr tell me that his office wouldn’t treat my lyme because they were afraid of backlash from local physicians against them. It was literally a subject of discussion at a meeting. Consider why cromolyn sodium and ketotifen are only available compounded in the US to take internally, yet in other countries are over the counter (like Japan). Could it be big pharmas profit margin from the anti-histamine market?

For me, probiotics (bifido only) and immunoglobulins have stabilized my mast cells a lot. Went from chronically itch and all the typical MCAS symptoms, besides anaphylaxis. Now being hit by heatwave I'm actually fine 🙏 Which brings me to colostrum. Apparently it can really help fix the immune systems dysregulation, reduce food reactivities, among many other things. I'm in contact with a farmer who will clean and freeze leftover. I'll pasturize it according to some meta analysis of the best heat / length for elimination of pathogens, with the least amount of loss of nutrients, enzymes, immunoglobulins etc. Having spoken with soneone who healed his own MCAS. Colistrum got him 80% there. There also seem to be a trauma piece which is often overlooked. Dr. Aimie Apigian talks extensively about this. That we reach a point where the body reaches a threshold where any more activation tips it over and we begin having problems in multiple areas. So you have any experience or knowledge about this Dr. DiNezza?

Loved stumbling onto your video about this. I was not having HI until I got sick with "C" a year and a half ago. Since then I have been throwing everything at trying to get my mast cells to calm down. I recently started taking methylated B-complex vitamins (the tingling in my hands went away. Regular B-complex made me have a really bad histamine response.) and NAC. I think the two of these have been a big game changer in the year and a half struggle that I have been in. I also take H1 and H2 along with quercetin, 5000iu Vit D, bromaline, l-theanine, and a few other things. I really wanted off of the H2 because of the importance of stomach acid being lower. I do take digestive enzymes to help aid in that and my GERD. After watching this video I can see how the NAC is helping. I have watched a lot of histamine videos and read a lot of papers and none have talked about this the way that you have. Thank you.

I have been on low histamine diet for six months. I am celiac and seven years ago my health came crashing down with depression, anxiety, brain fog, and then a month later, insomnia several years later, several thousand dollars and lots of natural doctors who could not help me or figure it out, I had a genetic test done and histamine was one of the things that could be presenting the insomnia. So, if I feel like I’m the most complicated case there ever was because I never had rashes or a stuffy nose my consequence for having overloaded histamine, and mass cells was insomnia, but nobody talks about that. Anyhow, I can see that the glutathione might be helpful for me. I am getting some vitamin a in the cod, liver oil I take, but not every day. I have got to be so careful to what I eat and always take a DAON7 or I will have trouble at 4 AM when you start dumping H at night. I take Ashwagonda and I think Rhodiola, but I also sip on lemon balm and echinacea , ginger, oat straw, holy basil, and nettle tea 2-3x a day. Maybe the glutathione is what I’m missing out on. I don’t know but I can tell you that I’ve been miserable for six months I’m already celiac and to be restricted with this and low oxalate as well has been very hard. Thank you for your video. I hope that I can figure this out and heal it Because it’s been a long seven years with poor sleep oh, and on top of that I got insulin resistance from lack of sleep, so I also have terrible hot flashes through the night if I wake up and I do several times, and even during the day, whenever if I take a drink of water, even! Let me know if you think just the glutathione will be the best help. Thank you for your video.

@ollymounara605 Год назад
You will need B vitamins. The most direct way to get rid of histamine apparently is to use vitamin B5 and that gene is inhibited by questions, caffeine, stress and other things. There are many different approaches and each pathway needs different cofactors. Niacin also is needed in another pathway. Vitamin B1 in general is very important for many reasons. But they all need different cofactors. Thiamin needs magnesium and if I take high dose niacin I need to take methylators along with it or I will get a headache. I was also just taking berberine and stopped it again for a while. Now I realize that this was probably giving me more energy as lately my energy lowered again. Hard to figure out sometimes as I'm using a lot. @@rosssundberg5510 haha, that was supposed to be quercetine. That has been something that has helped me out a lot but apparently the shortest pathway needs B5 but has many inhibitors and quercetine is one of them. Other pathways need zinc and quercetine pushes zinc into cells. I take a multi b complex and make sure it never has any folic acid in it as that is synthetic and not utilized by the body. It needs to be transformed through multiple steps and this uses cofactors. Besides that I take benfothiamine 300mg a fat soluble form of B1, sometimes riboflavin 100mg, pantethine 450mg which is a fat soluble form of B5 and at times I take P-5-P 33,8mg extra which is a form of B6. @Ruktiet
@Ruktiet 10 месяцев назад
@@Reaper_thecreaper with all due respect, but unless you have formally diagnosed Celiac disease, there doesn’t seem to be any autoimmunity going on in your case. Excessive biogenic amines in the blood can cause dizziness on it’s own, so there isn’t even an indication that your mast cells are involved, unless you suffer from other symptoms you didn’t mention in your previous comments, such as e.g. skin manifestations of IBS-like symptoms. Pimentel’s research team (MAST at Cedars Sinai) has recently sequenced the genome of the biome in people with SIBO, and it showed a 4- to 6-fold upregulated cadaverine and putrescine synthesis. So if you suffer from IBS-D, suspect SIBO and have an intolrance to biogenic amine containing foods, and that includes histamine but also tyramine, cadaverine, putrescine, spermidine and more, then it could simply be due to the excessive production and thus depletion of the enzymes required to break it down in your small intestine. No autoimmunity involved except for the mechanism causing SIBO after food poisoning. Does that sound like it could describe your case?

I think it is reasonable to take an OTC antihistamine sometimes :) I used Claratin for years until I found out that dairy was the culprit behind my chronic allergies!

I have had same issue. Haven't been the same since having Cv in December. I was doing well before that :( I've been taking Claritin on the really bad days. Try not to take it every day because the doctor said body would get used to it and then it wouldn't work anymore.

Yes, is there a specific brand of glutathione you recommend to your patients? Do you recommend lisomal, acetylated, or time-released capsules? Huge cost point difference. Is one really better than the other?

I've gone back and forth for years and I'm not 100% wed to one. Currently I use one of the following, depending on what people will take (largely based on taste and texture preferences) - Trizomal Glutathione (Apex Energetics) - Tri-Fortify Glutathione (Researched Nutritionals) - AC-Glutathione 250 (Apex Energetics)

It really depends on the person. I've had some patients do glutathione at 100 mg per day, and I've had folks do 1500 mg three times per day PLUS intermuscular injections! The later was an extreme case of mold/mycotoxin exposure.

Thank you so much Dr DiNezza for this information! My daughter have either histamine intolerance or mass cell activation. I would like to ask you a question. I am giving her for about a year interchangeably Benadryl or Zyrtec until I figure out how to address better the situation. From about a week I stopped Zyrtec and gave her Quercetin 2 x 600 mg daily for a week. On the third day of stopping the Zyrtec thing got out of control completely. Without ingestion of any food all her body covered with hives, severe inching, rise blood pressure and irritability. She's only 26 year old. She's doing since 2020 intermittent fasting having 1 meal a day. My actual question is can I give Zyrtec together ( I mean the same day) Quercetin and after a few weeks to stop gradually the Zyrtec and leave her only on Quercetin? I am also going to follow the information you are presenting in this video. Thank you in advance!

Look at supplements of seeking health. Dr. Ben Lynch has created different supplements for different parts of histamine reactions and pathways. You will need things to stabilize the mastcells like stingy nettle to keep the histamine inside the cells. The gut needs to be addressed probably. He has a very good video explaining all the different mechanisms. He doesn't address this part about the immune system though. Vitamin D levels are crucial but there might be a problem in getting levels where they need to be. You can find some good video's looking for vitamin D and mastcell activation too.

When you start treating this stuff what happens to your body? Is histamine dumping a real thing? Started treating myself with histaguard dao enzyme in the beginning of the year started feeling better but my face started getting red splotches. That is where I was getting CSU but this wouldn't go away? Then I added gluthonine and d3+k2 (supposed to help dispose of histamine stored in body) and now I have itchy red face but again it won't go away unlike the non allergic hives...

Probiotics are fermented and will cause more histamine release. Best to take them after eating a keto diet with only fresh or frozen meat and fish and low carb veggies strictly for 6 weeks. Take activated charcoal and food grade green clay to absorb the toxins as you dump them. And distilled water to drink and only fresh teas made from ginger, mint or herbs. No caffeine as it's fermented as well.

I would remove all chemicals from his food and skin products. Read all labels and don’t use food, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent with chemicals. Go to your local natural food store and replace everything. Generic products are filled with toxic chemicals that are banned in many other countries due to research showing obvious links with diseases, but the US is all about profit and synthetic materials are much cheaper, making us sick and them rich.
