Pretty nice selection of skincare items! It will take you a while to go through them. I'm liking the wrist bands. I was going to buy some. Don't mind the wipes, I'll use them. Cinnamon toothpaste... very Christmas appropriate!

I bought this calendar this morning because I like the fact it's mainly all usable products. I'm not bothered that there's no makeup because sometimes in advent calendars, they send colours that don't suit. I don't like the wristbands, but it seems they are unavoidable this year. I also had a £3 voucher to use, so £42 is a good price for this.😃

@CosmetopiaDigest myself and my son's love the faith in nature shower gels, especially the coconut and the seaweed&citrus scents. I've never tried the shampoo or the conditioner in this range, but I adore anything lavender scented, so fingers 🤞

I rate advent calanders on the amount of products I would use. So I like the addition of toothpaste because I know I'll use it. To be fair if they have deodorant, shampoo, conditioner toiletries in it, the addition of toothpaste isn't really that odd.

Oh, me too. I'm not exactly sure about the minty fragrance yet but indeed, it's a lovely brand. Reasonably prices and easily restocked. In fact that's one of the appeals for me. It's great to try high end products but I can't afford to but then again no matter how good they are.

One thing I like about this one (beside the price) is that they included peptides and retinol which for some reason a lot of the luxury advent calendars decided not to this year (like space nk and Liberty). How good these products? I have no idea but still to see.

I only know a couple of brands in here, BUT the important thing is that there are new things for us to try... not the usual 2% BHA, Bum Bum Cream, Bader cream, and a couple of hyaluronic acids. Remember the year Liberty put in THREE hyaluronic acid serums? I made up a song about that to the tune of "Twelve Days of Christmas" - so much fun 😂😂

For that price, it's a good one. I'm not super fond on toothpaste in a calendar, but not against it. But a cinnamon flavoured one? They should have given us a hair bonnet instead of the wrist bands and we could pretend we're in a Jane Austen movie, brushing our teeth with cinnamon sticks 😂

I am all for a bonnet! I could pretend that Mr Darcy (who looks VERY similar to Colin Firth, and has wet breeches for some reason) and I are walking along a brook or something... LOVE your idea, though now I want to go read (or imagine) Darcy fanfiction. ETA: Spelling. "Collin"?????

Best one so far I'd say but the cinnamon toothpaste sounds awful 😅 Agreed, supplements are not a beauty treat. If H&B had a food one with nuts, chocs and little ginger shots, would make more sense in there.

@CosmetopiaDigest We have one here from the Boots equivalent in Germany, it's small packets of the little organic treats. Delicious, dark chocolate covered cashews, yoghurt mangos, sesame bars, gingerbread. Only about €20, Germans do love their Christmas sweets 🎄
