Here's my orchestral battle arrangement of "Hollow Bastion" from Kingdom Hearts! This one was suggested from someone on RU-vid (I forget who). Anyway, I didn't really properly announce this but I did take November off from the whole RU-vid thing, which is why there wasn't much in the way of covers this month. But I felt bad, so I decided whip up this arrangement! Included in this arrangement is "Scherzo di Notte". It was quite interesting to see how I could tie the two together!

I thought this would just be a reworked version of Scherzo di Notte, to my surprise it actually is the Hollow Bastion theme mixed with a bit of Radiant Garden and a nice hint of Scherzo di Notte .

It's extremely clear how much effort you go to in rearranging these pieces. And i'm especially appreciative of this piece, considering Hollow Bastion's music is arguably my favorite. KH could use more remixers like you here; your quality standard is pretty super high compared to most of the other KH music stuff on youtube that isn't just piano-only stuff, and that's saying something. You absolutely deserve to grow higher in viewer reach.

Dare I say this is better than the original? This version has a more fantasy militaristic feel that fits combat on a castle's fortifications much better with a faster pace and less use of what I can only describe as "softer" sounding instruments

Not a bad arrangement. The only issue is, I can't help to compare to the version done with an actual orchestra, along with some proper nostalgia. And well, they really did a great job with the actual soundtrack with this one too.

Come KH3; WIll there be one more final attack at the perhaps nearly restored Radiant Garden? This would be an theme fitting for an epic battle in Radiant Garden in the closing of Xehanort Saga.
