at this point im like: is he gonna make a remix of every hollow knight song and hire someone to make a mod for hollow knight to replace all the songs in the game with the remixes?

Hornet's theme was the first song in the game that made me sit back and appreciate what a masterpiece the soundtrack is, and it will forever remain one of my favorite. Fantastic job.
Same person that gave Hollow Knight an AK (Hollow Knight is the name of the main character, the Vessel is another Hollow Knight. Hence the Pure Vessel name)
@@Espartanica OBJECTION! The player character is referred to by both the dev team and the wiki as "the Knight". It is a Vessel just like "the Hollow Knight" (the Vessel in the Temple of the Black Egg). The "Pure Vessel" is the Hollow Knight in its true form. What it was supposed to be.
@@cardboardleaf7971 The way I see it, Hollow Knight is just a name for the vessels in general. They're all supposed to be hollow after all. The one that was entombed was thought to be hollow but was not, and the player character is as well. Both knights, both hollow, both made for the same purpose. The reason why the player is called the Knight instead of Hollow Knight is to avoid confusion but in all rights they should go by the same name
@@electro___ All of the vessels were intended to be hollow, and all were made to fight the infection. The Infected vessel didn't have a sword for nothing. All of the vessels were Hollow, were knights.
@@destruction42k I think people first started to be wary of him after the flood of fnaf theories. And then his visit to the pope wasn't all that well liked. And then there was the Sans is Ness theory which was really the turning point where he started to become disliked by a large audience.
@@etikareborn5417 Is that really worth hating someone for? He even stopped when he realized everyone hated it and did a math thing instead and gave a shout-out to meteorz who pointed out why Matt is wrong in a very respectable manner. Plus the theories aren't even told to be fact, just a different perception- the "Its just a theory!" bit isn't just a tagline. It means basically "There is a good shot this is wrong and DO NOT take this as fact!" and you can't blame a guy because a bunch of people go around spitting it like its gospel. Sure it was wrong, but so are most theories- whether made or not made by Game Theorist so you might as well hate theories in general to be honest. If you don't like it that is fine, no judgement, but certainly we can be respectable human beings and respectfully disagree without getting angry can't we? I admit it was a pretty bad theory, but that is more something to laugh at rather to be found abhorrent and worth crucifying someone over.
I hope that someone do a HK mod who replace the original song by these covers just for the epicness to fight all the bosses on steel soul mode with this kind of metal on my headphones !🔥🤘 G I T G U D B O I
What if all of the bosses were to be holding guitars and you had to dodge all of the mayhem while they played the rock covers. For example, false knight would be holding an electric guitar, repeatedly smashing them on the ground during his rage phase. I would play through the game 8 more times if that were a mod

Since other pepole are putting comments like this on the metal cover of their "super tough triumph boss" I decided to do my own here: Hollow Knight was my introduction to hard games, and I was still super unexperienced by the time I reached Hornet. Heck, I died to those Moss Knights a bunch. So when I fought Hornet,I was in for a tough time. It was tricky to dodge her attacks, get hits in, and find the right window to heal. The music fit the battle so well, it perfectly captured the flowing movements and the rush to heal on 1 mask. It was extremely difficult, on of the longest, if not the longest boss it took me to beat. But after overcoming such a great challenge, I still wasn't prepared for those bouncy mushrooms.
can someone combine this and Daughter of Hallownest? I listened to them together and it was beautiful but the melody kinda fell apart when DoH looped and this continued.

Did anybody else here Get down when Hornet intervened in the Hollow Knight battle then when going back to the battlenhearing Get Gud or was it just me?
I think it's going to turn out that the reason Hornet was born was to eventually metamorphosis into a wyrm due to the heritage from the Pale King, so that she can spread the Spider Tribe farther across the world. Kind of makes sense. there was always a presence in deepnest that seemed to reach beyond The Spider Queen's influence. Maybe there was a king and he's evil and in hiding.. or sealed. Obviously she'll most likely rebel against this destiny, but we'll see if she can..
The background you chose also makes me think of an alternative like hard mode difficulty (not steel soul) that changes a few things. I see hornet as her first fight is "Hornet" the second is "The Royal daughter" or something like that. Hollow Knight would be cool too
