Thank you for sharing costumes with us. About 5 yrs. ago a traveling show of Hollywood costumes came to Oklahoma Museum of Art. I recall seeing among others, Mary Pickford's dress, Orsen Welle's coat from 'Touch of Evil' and Buster Keaton's pork pie hat. I would urge any fan of movies to see any available viewing of these artifacts. You get a real idea of that person's size. You're so lucky to see & share this with us! Hello, Jah!

You never disappoint! Seeing one of Marilyn's famous dresses still being taken care of is amazing! All those things that Debbie Reynolds had and had to sell off to who knows where, I was always worried they left the country. But knowing that this dress is here, that Dorthy's dress is here, and the others, makes me think that Hollywood might still have a few people who care about it's history! Awesome! Oh the other subject. I hope you are not in too much pain after your surgery. You are so brave and casual about it. I would be upset for a week before and I'd would have been down and sleeping for two days after! Sleep well Jordan.

It's just a cyst. He didn't say, but probably could be seen as a raised bump under the skin. Could have been no bigger than a pencil eraser or quarter. Nothing dramatic.

Graumann's theatre is awesome, beautiful interior! We often see the outside of it during award shows but never see inside, what a treat! Loved the memorbilia, so fun to see! Thanks Jordan!

Marilyn Monroe's gold dress was gorgeous and I loved seeing James Dean's other 'Giant'. I love learning more about Old Holyywood and seeing some of the artifacts from my favorite stars thanks to you, Jordan! Love ya and Jah!

Fantastic! I love all the old Hollywood film costumes that have been saved and on display for people to see. I went to a Marilyn Monroe auction years ago at Christie's in London and seeing some of her costumes and belongings there was a once in a lifetime thing for me. I always love seeing Grauman's Chinese Theatre aswell. Great vlog again Jordan.

Hope you are doing well after having the cyst taken out. I always think of the Carol Burnett skit about Gone With The Wind when Carol came down the stairs wearing a dress that color made from a curtain rod when I see the real dress.

I haven't been to the Smithsonian Air & Space museum in a while and this inspires me to go re-visit the place - they have thousands of artifact from the Apollo 11 lunar mission on display, including the command module and lunar module, several moon rocks that Neil Armstrong collected and many of their gear and equipment

I love both the Wizard of Oz and Gone With the Wind. My Father always called Gone With the Wind (Went with the Breeze. He told me that my Mother told him she was going to have my eldest sister while watching Gone With the Wind.My sister will be 80 in one month. There is 18 years and 7 more kids between us. Thought you'd like a back story to my family history connected to the movie.

Jordan: that black dress, 3:57, with the feathers is a reproduction of Travis Banton’s dress for the opening scene of “Shanghai Express,” (1932) with Marlene Dietrich. The hat has a veil that covered her face.

Always wondered what had happened to Marilyn s gold lamé dress, now I know. That s dress was a scandal back in the day and Joan Crawford started to make not so nice comments about Marilyn after she wore that dress at the photoplay evening 1953 (she won a award that evening) . The designer was Travilla, who made the most of Marilyn s film dresses

I really enjoyed seeing inside the beautiful theater and getting to see those iconic costumes! I didn't realize you had another cyst removed. Are you prone to getting those now? I am glad you got it taken care of. I am surprised Jah lost a couple of pounds since your Mother just told me last night that as soon as he walks in her door he wants to eat all of the time! lol!!
