Hollywood CA is a neighborhood in the central region of Los Angeles, CA; And it is densely populated and economically diverse. But there is more to Hollywood then just the walk of fame.
The best way to get here is to simply google Bronson Caves (goo.gl/maps/H4...) and get directions on how to get there from your current location. Once you are on Canyon Dr. it is a straight shot from there.
The hike is pet friendly and dogs must be on leash but unleashed dogs are common. Also, there is a porta potty located near the dirt parking lot. Water is highly recommended specially if you are going to do the 6 mile hike since there aren't a lot of trees to provide shade.
If you are looking for a short hike that will provide one of the most awesome views of the Hollywood sigh just do the Bronson Caves trail. It is a short walk and you will be able to see and take pictures of the sign from there. However, I will recommend that you bring an additional camera lens or a nice camera with some good zoom in capabilities.
Come early as this trail is popular and parking is limited.
